~TOTALLY AMAZING RESULTS!!~
For me this is truly an Amazing product!!I have taken digestive enzymes and used L Glutamine for leaky gut for many years.I eat a super clean diet, no white stuff, no gluten, no junk, no meat.Recently I started to get uncomfortable after eating, especially if there was oil in the meal. I also noticed to my horror that my stomach was distended, Yuk!!!I tried increasing the amount of enzymes to no avail and started researching the symptoms on line which led me to believe I might have to take measures re:my gallbladder and or liver.That is what led me to this item. We take our health into our own hands in this household and have used supplements in our healthful living regime for Ever.This is the First product I have ever taken that had such immediate and Awesome effects!!!I started with the full dose of 2 caps in the AM and 2 at dinner as well. I noticed an Instant, I mean, INSTANT relief!! Within a few days I noticed my waistline starting to shrink. I did not realize that Triphala was used for weight reduction, although I am not really overweight I am pleased with my new more slender look.At this point it has been about 10 days, I continue to lose inches, my digestion is Perfect and I feel full of energy and almost blissed out each day!!I encouraged my partner to start taking them as well. These did not work for elimination UNTIL
I took with almost hot water..I read a review that said this and sure enough it works perfectly.Not sure why this is but am happy.Now because they did not work i tried the powder and it did work to so i am rotating nights with each one to use up powder and will rebuy the capsules next time..The powder has a bitter taste that just not pleasant..These are a godsend for those of us who have IBSc.

Stomach pain
Update! I gave this product a shot again and I am convinced that this thing is a poison, which gives you inflammation, pain, spasm, bloating, nausea, and problem with sleep. It should be remove from the market!I used this product before and it was good. I started taking this product a few days ago one or two capsules in the morning before breakfast and I get so much crams, pain and gas. Idk if it it will away …

Not my favorite brand of Triphala
I’m taking Triphala on the recommendation of my herbal practitioner. I have suffered with severe, chronic, IBS-A for the past 20 years. When I’m constipated I can go sometimes 7-14 days without having a BM. I have tried many things to aid in this and none were successful…until I tried the 2nd brand I’ve used of Triphala. Because of the severity of my symptoms I believe that I am not your average Triphala consumer. I think I have a very stubborn digestive tract, that only responds to extreme measures. With this being said, this is not my favorite brand of Triphala (I’ve tried 2 so far). This brand did not work for me in regard to working as “a cleanse” or helping me with my constipation…even after taking 5 caps in the mornings and 5 more before bed for multiple days…after building up to that over the course of a week+. For the 2 weeks that I took these caps (before changing brands) I always took them with very warm or hot water. I’m glad it is working for other people!! I can say that I noticed that my age related aches and pains were slightly reduced while taking this brand of Triphala, and that my winter/dry/flaky/rough skin had moistened up a little bit. I admit I only took it for 2 weeks before switching to another brand but I really needed relief and didn’t get it here. I changed to Banyan Organic Powdered Triphala and it worked immediately (12 hours), and continues to work as a gentle cleanse and seemingly permanent relief from constipation (I’m praying)!! I noticed that the Banyan Triphala has a finer powder than what is in these capsules (if you open them and look at the powder inside). The Banyan brand is also used powdered in hot water instead of being taken in capsule form with hot water. The taste of powder in water is one that many have problems with, according to the Amazon reviews. At the same time, if you need a solution…it’s well worth the taste, IMO!! I gave this Organic India Triphala 3 stars because this brand clearly works for some people. this tablet form of Triphala is virtually tastless…so they are quick and easy to take, and pack if you are travelling …. to early to tell if they are as effective as the the powder form..
