These products give plenty of D and K as well and B’s, zinc, magnesium, C, iron, calcium. If I could buy a larger container, I would, but the container size is good value

I haven’t used powders in a long time so this was my first trip back down that trail. The powder itself actually tasted pretty good with the dragon fruit and hemp milk with a little honey. Actually felt like it was pretty nutritious as I went on with my day. The one major issue I have with the packaging was the fact it is a huge waste of plastic. The can is only slightly half full. Think I better weigh it to make sure I got what I paid for. Just checked and it was fine. Not sure if the canister can be recycled either.
