Note to IBS sufferers ….Give this a try
This Artichoke Leaf absolutely stopped the intermittent bowel spasms I have had off and on over the last four or five years in just two days!! I can’t say that will happen exactly this way for all, but it did wonders for myself.Peppermint caps and even marshmallow root would sometimes help, but not like this. This product has also not only calmed my bowel, but has relieved the occasional acid re-flux I would get after eating gluten free bread or spicy Italian foods. Regulation of bathroom visits have returned as well.If you suffer from IBS of any sort, I would consider this product.BTW, I have read SIBO sufferers, which I may be one, should not eat artichokes. So initially, I avoided this product but glad I finally gave it a chance.
