Great Repalcement
I thought i needed a new machine – took a gamble on this cuff – it works perfect and saved me from buying more than I needed. It is actually better than the original cuff. The cuff grabbs my arm much better making it easier to use.

Perfect replacement HEM-FL31
If you need a replacement Omron cuff with the model HEM-FL31 then this is the perfect replacement. These come with the hose and the end that plugs into the meter is not going to work for every Omron model. But if your hose is still okay and if it can be pulled off of the old cuff then you can pull the new hose off this cuff and plug in your old hose. The important part is that the cuff model has to be the same.

Fantastic cuff
Fits great! My doctor had same cuff and i purchased one for myself. Its a stiff spring metal that goes halfway around arm. Then a fabric flap. Works wonderful for my size large arm.Unlike the fabric kind than kink up when going around arm. Cause my arm is flabby.

Great cuff, but the plug is too big for my Omron BP786N.
Nice firm Velcro holding the cuff together. Does not come off like my original cuff did. So this requires an exchange from the original cuff plug to a smaller size one, easily done. But why?
