These are a good quality, however, they need to change their presentation. They are not small, or mini.I did not take one, because I would have died trying to swallow it, way too large. If you have esophagus issues, do not buy, you will choke on it. Wish they were small, because it is a good brand, but won’t even try.

Knees stopped cracking!
I’ve tried another formula from this brand and didn’t notice any changes but this one is fantastic. My knees used to crack every time I bent down. Working out and doing squats was embarrassing. I’ve taken a months worth and the results have been great. My tennis elbow seems to be better as well.

Although the pill is larger than the one in the picture, it is still very easy to swallow and is tasteless. The Megared Omega-3 Blend Total Body is a good product, I have ordered more.
