I’ve never been diagnosed with ADD, but sometimes I find myself jumping from task to task. I ordered the lions mane and started taking it in the morning and I can definitely tell a difference with my productivity on the days I take it versus the days I don’t. My only complaint is you have to take three and the capsules are sort of large so I wish you could not take three or the capsules world would be smaller. Still five stars.
