Wow! Great product!
I was looking for a kitty bed for our window that had a simple design but looked comfortable for my girls. This is exactly what I was looking for!! I cant believe I found this. Sturdy Metal frame and a cardboard bean shape to keep the girls from falling off and feel more safe. Great investment and love they have replacements for the cardboard just incase your cat goes to town on it like a scatchpost. Great directions to help with placement on the suction cups to make sure they stay in place. Will have to buy another!

Easily supported even ZuZu’s considerable heft, and was among her favored perches. Sam the Cat confirmed that it would support the weight of himself and ZuZu simultaneously, though she has unequivocally prohibited similar tests and expressed great displeasure with his actions.She has filed objections with the local Feline Authority seeking a court order that I install it again after moving, despite lack of appropriate windows, and thinks we (not counting Sam) should move to a glass house with these covering the entirety of the exterior walls with perches for her, including a paw-sized hole in the glass next to the birdfeeders. She considers the potential of rodents entering through those holes to be an advantage. These requests have been denied, on account of ZuZu’s inability to contribute sufficient funds to cover such renovation, nor even the birdseed to fill the 21 feeders on her blueprint a single time. How she made that without thumbs is under investigation.But the cat shelf is excellent, and they love it, and scratch furniture less with it up.

Great support and nap space
This is actually our second one as our cats loved the first one so much and it did what it was supposed to do and gave them a wonderful spot to sleep in the sunshine and slowed down their scratching on all my other furniture. I have 3 cats in the house and sometimes they would actually fight over this spot. The first one lasted over a year before the scratching of their nails was leaving too big of a mess for me so I ordered another one. It is difficult at first to get the upper suction cups to hold but after a few try’s they start to stay. I would love if there was just a replacement of the “shelf” so I didn’t have to buy the entire thing again but it was with it for me to get another one as the paper shelf that is meant for them to scratch on was starting to leave a mess when they would use it.

Cat Loves Loves These Scratcher Window Mounts
Have one in a back window where the cat spends most of his day on it and sleeping on it. A second one in a front window looking out at the bird feeder in the front yard where he watches the birds come and go. I do not have drapes or blinds at the window in the back so not an issue but in the front I have blinds. I take the cardboard ledge/seat off the frame, fold the frame upward out of the way and pull the blinds down over it. It does cause the blind to stick out a bit. I have had several of these up at the windows for over 7 years and never had the suction cups come off if you follow the instructions for mounting. I have removed then several times to reposition the thing in a differen position and a good window cleaning. Remounting is easy, the suction cups continue to work. I have had to replace the cardboard ledge/seat when my cat gets it scratched into shreds but replacement is easy to find and do. Keeps my cat from being a bored indoor cat.

This thing is perfect!
We travel from state to state for work staying in different hotels. The reason we first bought this one two years ago was because the window was super tiny and this was the only one I could find that would fit. I couldn’t be happier that we got this one! My cats are 16 and 14 pounds. It is their favorite spot to sleep to get some sun. We are taking it down and putting it back up all the time and the suction is so strong. Luckily, my cats have a cat scratcher on the ground so they don’t use the bed as one. Even if they did I wouldn’t mind replacing the bed part because I love typos window unit so much. I can’t imagine having problems with this. Just make sure you clean the windows before putting it up. Both of my cats run around jumping on it and playing and I have never had a problem. Hope this helps!!!
