I can’t say for sure that it was this product, but really this is the only thing I have added to my routine.. I have large uterine fibroids and about 2 weeks after taking this supplement I have been passing tissue and my fibroids are shrinking.. I feel great but have been passing tissue for over 2 months now and that is after 8 months of no cycle at all.. I thought I was going through menopause.. Alright so I have been taking this product for about five days. I typically take the product on the morning…two pills at one time with food. The pills are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I have noticed slight increase in energy and just overall wellbeing since I began taking these supplements. I think this product is a good value for the price and I like the fact that you get the benefits of both sea moss and burdock root. I intend for take them for a month and to reassess again at the end of this time to determine if I will continue to take them long term and will provide an update on the same.
