Yes!
Been over a year and still accurately works. Measures humidity. Temperature. I haven’t changed the batteries yet so great battery life. The sensor is out in my pig pen and the screen is in my house so it’s got a good connection reach. Accurate information. Great led display

Worked perfectly out of the box
I was looking for a simple indoor/outdoor thermometer with an easy to read backlit display that showed the temperatures with big numbers. The sensor was placed outside on the exterior wall under the roof eave with Scotch Extreme Interlocking Fasteners (ASIN:B00347A8EO). Energizer AA Lithium Batteries (ASIN:B00003IEMD) were used in the sensor to handle lower temperatures. The display unit is sitting on a counter. Rechargeable batteries were used in the display unit. The display unit is separated from the sensor by about 10 feet through stuccoed concrete block and tinted windows. The sensor and weather station connected quickly and have maintained the connection without any problems. While the weather station display is always on, it is dimmed but readable. Tapping the top front of the display activates the backlight – there is no button. After 10 seconds, the backlight powers off. The backlight is not too bright and isn’t blinding when you activate it after waking.Reason for 4 stars and not 5.1) Attempting to mount the display unit on the wall was not successful. If you try to mount the display unit to a wall with Velcro like fasteners, Command strip adhesive or magnetic tape, the battery cover pulls off when you have to change the batteries. On the back of the display unit, there is a place to hang it on a screw or nail. This space is not deep or wide enough to place over a screw. Since you have to tap the display to activate the backlight, I would be concerned that jostling it would cause the display unit to bounce off the screw / nail and fall to the floor.2) The back of the display unit has a lot of recessed areas making it difficult to use an adhesive to affix it to a wall. When attempting to wall mount the display on an interior wall, magnetic tape was used. However, as mentioned above, there wasn’t much surface area for the adhesive side to stick to. On the first attempt to affix the display to an interior wall, the tape detached from display causing the display to fall 5 feet onto a concrete floor. On positive note, the display is well made as the screen was unaffected by the impact. To keep the magnetic tape secure against the display, every other week, the display has to be pressed against the wall to make sure the tape doesn’t detach from the display.3) The display unit’s viewing angle forces you to look perpendicular to the screen. If it’s laying on a flat surface, you’ll have to hover over it to clearly see the screen. If it’s on a counter, you’ll have to lean down to the screen.Overall, this is an excellent upgrade over a conventional mercury thermometer.UPDATE:The AAA batteries in the display unit were able to last 14 months before needing to be changed.

Seems consistent
I wanted simple. Primarily just the temp, and this does the job. Temperature seems consistent and reasonably accurate, compared to Weather Underground stations nearby. Nice display. Nice unit. Easy setup. Unit was packaged nicely, indicating an attention to detail. I have not experienced the battery drain issue that others mentioned.Liked the first one so well that I ordered another. Put in the batteries and it sync’d to the first sensor. Going to put the new sensor in the garage and see how cold it gets there in the winter.

Easy to set up & use.
Seems to be a good product at a reasonable price. Screen lights up, shows indoor & outdoor humidity as well as temp. for both. Easy to set up & use.

Cheap and Easy
Good Price, Easy Setup. Took about an hour after I set sensor outside, everything matched with my phone temps. Even if lasts a year it’s worth it..

Easy Setup
The directions were clear and once batteries were installed, the unit worked immediately. The sensor has been outside on the north side of the house the last two weeks and has experienced rain and changes in temperature from 60’s to 30’s and humidity changes from 30 to 100%. It’s performing well.

Clear, easy-to-read display, but Max/Min function does not work correctly
First, the good news: The outdoor sensor and the indoor base unit synched immediately when the batteries were inserted. No need to follow a certain sequence or push a lot of buttons, as on other units I’ve owned. The indoor/outdoor temp & humidity displays are clear, bright and easy to read. And they seem to be accurate. I miss not having a time display, however.Not-so-good news: The max/min function does not work correctly, at least on my unit. This function can be set to show the max & min temps for the previous 24 hrs, or 48 hrs, or since the last time the memory was reset. On my unit, only the 3rd option actually works correctly. The max/min temps for previous 24 hrs or previous 48 hours are incorrect. The work-around is to check the max/min temps every morning, then reset the memory to get an accurate max/min the next morning, etc. If you don’t care about seeing the max/min temps, then this is not an issue. If you do care, perhaps you should look elsewhere.Minor annoyance: The outdoor sensor is designed to hang from a screw attached to a wall or other surface. Unfortunately, the required screw is not included. I have a box of several hundred screws of many types, left over from other projects over the years. It took quite a while for me to sort through my collection to find a screw with the proper shaft diameter, head diameter, and head thickness. The manufacturer should spend a few extra pennies to provide the required screw.
