It has been impossible to sleep because I get so hot at night. I would wake up many times – taking the covers off, then putting them on, then off then on and off and on and off and on again. Taking one of these before bed allows me to sleep through the night. I might wake up once but not the countless times i had before. I really did not think they would have it that significant of an affect, but nights I don’t take them. I wake up often because I’m so hot… and nights I do take them, I sleep so much better.
