Good quality and design – my two dogs love it!
I usually do not leave a review and cannot stop myself for this one – Bought it last week and it went beyond my expectations with the function and well thought design.Function-wise, I tried the vacuum and three grooming heads on my two dogs. Both of them loved it, plus me. It was quiet as advertised, and my dogs who do not play well with any powered tools got accustomed pretty soon. The vacuum functioned pretty well and it was the first time I have hair free pants and floor after the grooming. Cannot wait to try all the other tools in the kit.In addition, the design stands out to me (also a designer) as well thought for the users. Several details I like– there is an organizer for all the heads and accessories. I am bad at keeping track of those small brushes and heads, and this organizer is a savior.- the trash bin is very easy to remove and clean.- the overall compact size. I did not take up a lot of space as I worried. There is also this interesting idea of transforming the box into a cat house. I only have dogs and they do not seem very interested. But might work better for cats.

Good vacuum
So far works well on a very sheddy Husky.

Did not include accessory tray & trigger mechanism finnicky
Deceptive advertising. All the marketing materials advertise an accessory tray to store all the attachments, and that the box is pet friendly. My box was just a standard box, and did not include the tray and instead just has a cheap bag to throw everything into. This is a practice that should not be supported.I am unable to find a way to contact the seller to complain about this, so maybe they’ll see this review and make things right.UPDATE: The trigger on the brush attachment no longer functions. I’ve used it for less than 30min.Update 2: I think hair is getting behind the trigger mechanism, so I occasionally need to use compressed air to blow it out and then it works fine for awhile.I also contacted support through their website and they are sending a tray out to me. Given the whole experience, I can’t go higher than 3 stars. The vacuum itself, when working, is pretty great, but these issues need to be factored in.

Good but would like more
We have a dog and a cat. For the dog it has worked pretty good but the cat has a lot thicker fur. It struggled with the thickness of the cat hair. If it had more suction then this thing would be very nice.

Buy this!!!!
I just used this for the first time on my beautiful German shepherd mix whose hair seems to live in every inch of our home. My beautiful doggy HATES getting groomed – and the grooming is about the cost of this product for each visit – so I thought I would give this a try. This product works like a dream! I filled the bin with her hair twice in about 15 minutes. But, more importantly, my dog LOVES this! I used the larger, circular brush and she never complained. In fact, she turned around for me to use it on the other side at one point, wagging the entire time. The vacuum sound did spook her a bit the first couple of times I punched the button to retract the hair, but she quickly got used to it. I didn’t try the nail grinder, but, in my opinion, this product has already paid for itself in its first use. I am so happy – this is 100% worth it if you have a large dog with lots of hair. Wow!!!

Not worth it.
I absolutely love this item but was only able to cut one dog before the razor blades were too dull to work. I am ordering additional blades and hope they fit the machine.Update: I am unable to use the only clipper blades I could find in the website and now am not sure I can even turn them. Don’t buy this it’s not worth it if you can only cut one dog one time only and it no longer work.

More than paid for itself in 7 weeks
We have a 70 lb golden doodle, who requires either a good maintenance trim every 6 weeks, or a nightmare tangle trim if we wait much past 2 months.Which we did, frequently, when it was the expense and hassle of booking a $100 (plus $$$ up-charges for the inevitable matting, plus tax, plus tip…) grooming appointment.I was skeptical about spending a decent chunk of change for what I expected would be a useless gimmicky device that did a terrible job while traumatizing our dog. I was wrong. The first time was rough, because it was new to her, the sound probably scary (although very tolerable, almost soothing except for a slight high pitched whine), and some of the knots in her coat had to have been painful. But, with maybe 2-3 minutes of light touch-up with scissors at the end, Ginger looked great! The second time, just minutes ago, she was well-behaved and tolerant throughout, except for around her face (that’s inevitable) and some ticklish jerking with her paws. All in, 45 minutes from “she needs grooming” to me writing this sentence, including a 5-minute break for some treats. See photo of Ginger right after the trim; judge for yourself on outcome quality. From a strict $ perspective, it’s paid for itself about 1.5x in 7 weeks. Including time and stress, many times over.EVEN IF THIS THING WERE TO DISINTEGRATE INTO DUST EVERY SECOND USE, I WOULD JUST BUY IT IN BULK.One small piece of advice: The suction is surprisingly robust, so be careful getting the inlet itself too close to the skin, or it will – FWOOP – attach itself to your dog. See attached photo for optimal angle of attack.
