Best health drink formula out there, bar none.
Best taste, incredible mixing with water or Rice Milk (my personal preference). Spirultein contains a wealth of healthy ingredients. It’s not just another protein drink, it’s a true “ health drink”! I use it as a base to which I can add other supplements like chia seeds, Collogen, and Super Greens 🥬! I’m 74 but look and feel like I’m 50. You generation X,Y,Z -ers need to stop eating junk fatty fast food and wise up to Spirultein.

Being a vegetarian, I am careful with my diet to make sure that I am getting all of the nutrients my body needs. There are some nutrients that are only found in fish or meat, making them hard to replace.I’ve used this protein shake off on through the years, as I could afford it. My doctor suggested I take a multivitamin, but those tend to upset my stomach. That’s when I went back to my protein shake because it has vitamins and minerals in addition to the protein source. I especially needed to replace vitamin B 12.After three weeks of taking my protein shake regularly in the morning, I am now beginning to notice a difference in the way I feel.I will continue taking my protein shake!Spiru-Tein has always worked for me. There are a variety of flavors, but I generally get the vanilla. I actually prefer the plane but it’s harder to come by.I could recommend Spiru-Tein with a good conscience.

Fowl Smell
I regularly buy Spiru-tein Unsweetened Vanilla and have been doing so for years. I love the taste and never notice a smell. After searching for Unsweetened Vanilla Spiru-tein, I selected this 4 lb container not noticing that this one was SWEETENED. Upon arrival, I opened it to make a smoothie and the smell was so bad I can’t use it. I think its the fowl smelling sweetener.I had ordered Spiru-tein Plus Vanilla a few weeks earlier not noticing it was Sweetened. I tried it in a smoothie – even with bananas, blueberries and oranges – it tasted awful. So fowl, I threw it out. I did not even try this one. I did order the unsweetened again, but I threw away about $100 on these two purchases. (And they are not returnable.)

I’ve been drinking g this shake brand forever and even though I’ve tried others,I always come back.It’s a little on the expensive side for shake mixes, but this 4 pound container is a great value and saves money in the long run.All of the flavors are delicious but the vanilla is the best, both on its own and blended with fruit.
