Protein meal solution
I really like this product, blends well with a banana and fresh strawberry and berries. It’s filling meal solution.

Clean Protein
I am a couple of days in with consumption…I am pretty satisfied with it. The taste is decent, nothing mind-blowing, but it’s definitely better when mixed with oat milk compared to water. I find that using oat milk not only improves the flavor but also keeps me feeling fuller for longer, which is a huge bonus for managing hunger between meals. One of the things I really appreciate about this protein powder is it is easy to prepare, whether you’re blending it into smoothies or just shaking it up with liquid. It mixes pretty smoothly and doesn’t leave behind a gritty texture. I find it to be smooth and a bit “gel-like”. I am assuming it’s the fiber content that causes that. I don’t have sensory issues though. It may bother someone who does. The protein content per serving is great, especially for those looking for a plant-based option, and it’s gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegetarian-friendly, which ticks off some important boxes for me. Plus, it’s a huge tub (4.5 lbs), so you’re definitely getting plenty of servings.I feel like I can stay consistent with it due to how easy it is to consume and the fact that it doesn’t have to boring flavor-wise.One thing to note: if you’re used to sweeter or more indulgent protein shakes, you might find the flavor a bit mild. But for what it offers in terms of nutrition and ease, I think it’s a good buy, just don’t expect a milkshake-like experience.

Staple
As a long time vegetarian and occasional pescatarian , I add these to my morning smoothies for extra nutrients, I am in my late 30s and can past for an undergrad(per feedback from others). I have been using these protein powder for 15 years , so I suspect they are the reason for youthful appearance. Make sure to drink plenty of water though as too much supplements will have adverse affects.

Easy Protein Supplement
You can use any liquid you wish to use to make this protein shake/meal replacement. I tend to favor water as I do not consume milk outside of an occasional bowl of cereal. The strawberry powder is very fine in consistency, almost baby powder like, and requires a whisk to fully dissolve it into the liquid. The strawberry flavor is just OK in water, and IMO is immensely better if used with ice cold milk. There is a bit of chalkiness to the drink, even when fully mixed, and the flavor is what I would call an imitation of the Nestle Nesquik Strawberry flavor. The container is massive – 4.5 lbs or 2,040 grams, and has enough powder for 60 servings (at a heaping scoop (included) per serving). The protein you get from this powder is obtained from soy, pea, and rice and supplies you with 14 grams of protein (28% of your daily recommended), but it also contains 11 grams of sugar (10 grams of which are added) = approximately 3 teaspoons of sugar in total per glass. This powder does tend to settle at the bottom of your glass/cup, requiring you to stir it up if you don’t consume the entirety of the drink after mixing.

It’s OK, I guess, but it’s disappointing overall with too much sugar. Not sealed properly.
Sometimes it’s the little things that mess it all up.This protein is listed as a “meal replacement” rather than a protein powder. At least one of the reasons for this is that this powder is only 52% protein by calories, with the rest being carbs, of which almost all of that is sugar. This powder doesn’t taste like Strawberry to me. It’s more like a weak fruit punch, with a lot of apple flavor. And it has sugar. So much sugar. You would think this would be sickeningly sweet. It’s not, because a lot of the sugar is tied up in the fruit, apparently. I don’t know. I know it’s not like drinking syrup in spite of it being over 40% sugars by calories. Also, for a meal replacement, I would expect fats as well. Typical “meal replacements’ tend to follow the “30/30/30” rule. Fats are important for the body and also make a person feel full longer. Also very worrisome was that the jar did not come with a safety ring around the lid, and even more troubling was the paper seal that is supposed to keep everything inside had a series of holes also that top letting powder out and leaking all over everywhere. I have attached a picture. Without a seal, it’s impossible to guarantee freshness or safety. That was the most disappointing thing of all.

Nice Nutritional Shake
If you like strawberry flavor, this is a good choice. I find that I like variety of flavors, so it offers a nice change of pace from chocolate and vanilla. It is also a treat to add extra strawberries or bananas to the shake. I prefer to use milk to mix it with. It mixes well, but may need to be restired near the end as some powder does tend to settle at the bottom of your glass. The container is large – 4.5 lbs. It includes a scoop and enough powder for 60 servings. You get 14 grams of protein per serving. If you are watching your sugar intake, be aware that it contains 11 grams of sugar.Overall, it makes a nice filling replacement meal or snack.

You had better like the taste of artifical strawberry
It’s VERY (straw)berry. The taste is one you have to love. It is not something you can overcome with something like banana. That being said, I was able to drink it without issue, though I don’t think I’ll be finishing it all. Not a major knock, but unless the idea of milkshake-powder-strawberry keeps you interested, probably stop reading here.Protein content is fine for what it claims – I’m not a lab, so I cannot confirm it. It is slightly gritty when mixed, but nothing more than some big name brands have. It’s not bad. Personally, I pick my flavors based on how I’ll feel on my 4th week of drinking it. Vanilla usually wins, since I can always blend it with other flavors. I can’t see a 4th week of this in my future. YMMV
