This is tasty, economical, and nutritious.
Definitely an economical tasty and easy way to get good nutrition in your body. The flavors taste like they say they should , it smells like the flavor, and you can adjust your water amount for texture. You can sneak almost anything into this mix and it makes whatever you put in it taste good. It gets thicker and more smoothie like with milk , almond, or soy but we just use water. It also tastes great on its own. I have been able to sneak in ground flax and kale without protest and the texture stays smooth. TBH there isn’t a flavor we haven’t loved. We find that if we pour water first it reduces any clumps you might get when blending. If you combine with a bullet type blender it makes for easy creation and easy fast clean up. Good for on the go and fast paced lifestyles or anyone who needs a meal without the fuss. Great way to get your nutrition in. We feel so much better having this for breakfast and miss it if we don’t. We travel with this too so that we get at least one good meal in.

This product has assisted in removing 20lbs. Over three weeks time! I used it after hip surgery and years ago to loss weight! It’s packed with what I needed to maintain health blood levels and feel great! All flavors have agreed with me! Love this product!

We really like the taste of the peaches and cream.We really like the taste of the peaches and cream. Wish it was a little easier to blend. I use ice cubes and it does pretty welll. Also wish they would bring back the tangerine flavor, it was my favorite.

This product requires milk to mix with, no where in the product listing/amazon ad does it say that. I am one of those people who cannot drink milk. This product is non returnable, so I just got ripped off, tried it by mixing with water and ended up with an awful tasting drink. So I now have a can of junk.

Great flavor, kinda too high in carbs
This isn’t one of the most effective protein powders – by which I mean, it has a lot of carbs for the protein it offers, and it’s not easily dissolved. But it’s so delicious! This is a protein powder I use a lot for baking, when I want things to taste indulgent and fruity without actually having high-sugar fruit.When I do have this in a shake, I make sure to use a blender bottle and mix REALLY WELL. (There are still often some clumps.) I also like to mix it with GNC’s vanilla casein isolate because then it tastes REALLY like peaches and cream.This one has a lot of nice vitamins and micronutrients too, which makes it worth the occasional substitution for my other protein powders. Personally, it’s not a daily-use powder. But a great treat.

Tastes good, stays gritty; sugar
I like this flavor. It doesn’t completely dissolve in the shaker. Also 9g of sugar- I think that is better than inflammatory fake sugar but once i add juice- I am protein loading so maybe this is not the best choice for me.
