Easy To Take Capsules
These fruit & veggie capsule supplements are easy to take and easy to swallow. There is a slight odor to the product, but not sufficient to turn you away from taking. There is no aftertaste nor is there any gastrointestinal upset.The product does pack a punch with 20 fruits and 40 veggies & greens.The product is GMO free and Gluten free. They are also “Lab tested” — but I have no clue what that even means. Note that the product does contain soy and tree nuts (so be careful if you have allergies or sensitivities to any of these), but does not contain gluten, dairy, eggs peanuts, or yeast.The product says the country of origin is the USA, but again, not exactly sure what that means (made here, made elsewhere but shipped here for distribution, ??)? But there is no indication where the ingredients are sourced; so if any of this concerns you, perhaps move on. Otherwise, there is a lot of “stuff” in two capsules, so if you are on the fruit and veggie bandwagon, you might consider this product.

Wow, 40 fruits and 40 vegetables all in 1 supplement
It’s awesome to have this big of a blend of nutritious fruits and veggies in 1 easy to take supplement. Pill form is super convenient. I’m sure it doesn’t exactly replace all the nutrients of fresh, but taken on top of a mix of a few fresh ones a day, this will give you more than you can normally get.This supplement is GMO Free. It is gluten free. It is lab tested. The only downsides are that I cannot see where it is made, and where it is tested on the bottle. I may have to look into that deeper. I like to know where my supplements come from. The bottle is quality and safety sealed. Expiration dated at approximately 2 years. The pills don’t have an overwhelming taste or smell. They do contain soy, corn, wheat and tree nuts. I’ll be interested to see how they perform over the next several months.

I am not a veggie person.
Well, after 75 years of life, I still have not learned to eat my vegetables. And that is in spite of the many desserts that Mom withheld as a kid if I did not eat them. And while I like good fruit, unless it is locally grown and in season, they tend to not have enough flavor for me to eat them. And it is not that I do not know that I need more of both of them. I know I do, but just don’t care for most of them. So when I saw these I decided to order them in an attempt to try and get a bit more healthy vegetables into my system. Who knows what they will do for my body at this late date. But for me, the change in mental attitude, just knowing that I am at least trying to modify my eating habits, is worth it. I am glad that I got them and plan to get more.

Fruits & Veggies Supplement
These are a lot less expensive than the brand that is advertised on TV so I thought to give them a try. As a vegetarian, I only eat fruits and veggies but I always feel I’m not getting enough fruit in my diet because I’m just not a big fruit eater. I’ve been taking these for the last few days and feel no ill affects but as with any supplement, you are basically trusting that it is helping you. The ingredients tell you which fruit/veggies are included, but do not indicate how much of each one you get. Further, there’s no information on what percentage of the recommended daily servings of fruits/veggies these meet. The bottle says, “Daily Value not established”.As long as I feel no ill affects, I will take these until the bottle is finished but I’m not sure if I will purchase more unless I feel a significant difference. Knowing if I’m meeting or coming close to the recommended daily servings for fruits and vegetables is important to me – without knowing I’m in the dark as to whether these are worthwhile or not.

Disappointing lack of clarity of nutrients
In a purely objective view, the product received does match the listing. This is a bottle of caplets.However, I was very disappointed that there was no information about what vitamins are present in them. There is a list of ingredients but that doesn’t tell me what this supplement actually provides for me. Makes it impossible, in my opinion, to determine how this will supplement my diet.

Easy To Take.
I try to eat healthy but obviously I don’t always succeed. Lately I’ve been having dental issues and haven’t been able to crunch on my favorite fruits and veggies like I normally would. I thought these capsules would be a good way to replace some of what I’ve been missing. These supplements are made in the USA and are what I would consider a typical capsule size. They are easy to get down with a beverage and have a mild/pleasant taste/smell.

My husband has been talking for a long time about getting some fruits and veggie pills to help supplement our diet. I was excited to receive this product. Seems a good way to sneak in a few fruits and veggies
I don’t always eat enough fruit and vegetables in my normal diet, so I like the fact I can get a concentrated boost for those times. The capsules are easy to swallow and have a pleasant scent of mostly celery. Not surprising since celery is fairly strong-smelling on it’s own. There are no unpleasant tastes or burps later. Great value as the 120ct package should last 4 months at 2 per day.
