I’m not totally sure how well these work for things like weight loss, but I’ve been taking them consistently with no side effects to speak of for almost a year. The only negative to these is that, while they are well-priced, they are super inconsistent in the packaging. I almost always get an odd number of pills (so one extra or missing, too many to count individually) and a lot of times there are empty pill capsules. The last couple of times the contents of the pill empty capsule were all over the rest of the pills. Pretty annoying. May end up just switching to drinking regular green tea again.
