I gave it a 5 for value for the money for all the reasons above, but mostly because it’s able to state outright that it’s 6 years old.

Not sure how so many reviewers are managing to swallow this capsule to easily, or claiming they find it easy to swallow. To be clear: The size of the capsule is not an issues at all. Thensize is good, reasonable. The composition, or construction material/contents of it might be the thing making it difficult for me to swallow successfully on the first try. It’s as if the capsule wants to float itself out of my throat back into my mouth. Very weird. Frustrating. As if it’s buoyant or has a buoyancy of some kind that makes it want to slide in reverse. It doesn’t however ‘float’ in a glass of water when I tested that, in effort to troubleshoot the reasoning. Idk.The claimed effects… are okay, or normal I guess. Maybe it’s just hit or miss with me. The part where I have to swallow the capsules is the deal breaking action for me. Wouldn’t buy this product again because of that.I bought this brand because the reviews were good.
