Gummies are a great way to get all of my family to take vitamins. But only if the gummies taste good. These ones are essentially delicious and I don’t have any push back from my kids about eating them. It’s probably as they have 3g of sugar in the recommended two gummies. Normally I’m not thrilled about added sugars, but for these I’m happy to waive my objections.The vitamin C content is sufficient – it provides 100% of the RDA which I like to far exceed, but I appreciate that most people might like to go with something that is “recommended”. Why then is the Vitamin D at 125% RDA?I’m not too sure of the science behind elderberry – a casual look suggests that it may help symptoms of people suffering from seasonal illnesses. I’m not a doctor – do your own research!Overall – they taste good, they’re from a reputable brand, and they have some vitamins. A good blend!

Contains some vitamins, but not enough to replace a multivitamin and I wish there was less sugar
This is a famous brand – that inspires confidence that these gummies actually have what they say they have. I don’t think that they have enough of a variety of vitamins to replace the multivitamin, though. It’s really just an immune system booster. So, maybe these would be good for those first few weeks of school – where it seems like all kids get sick, or if there is a cold/flu going through your house already. But, it’s definitely not a wide enough amount of nutrients to replace the multivitamin, and I WISH they didn’t add sugar. Sugar is so bad for you.
