It’s packed with useful information about its ingredients. All of them are organic. The capsules are in normal size. I don’t have any problem swallowing them. If you can handle those of amoxicillin or cephalexin, you should be fine. There are 120 capsules in total (I did count them!). You take 4 capsules a day accordingly. The bottle gives you a 30-day supply. Just a friendly reminder, this product is not intended to replace your fresh veggies. However, by using it, I’ll at least have a peace of mind if I’m unable to keep up with my healthy diet, especially during the pandemic when grocery shopping becomes a nuisance.I will keep you guys posted if I run into anything interested.
