Sweet Sleep!!
My wonderful husband can fall asleep before his head hits the pillow, whereas I struggle with getting to sleep. It was recommended for me to try white noise and I found my solution!! However, my white noise was annoying my husband and HE wasn’t sleeping…dilemma time!I decided to take a chance on these, since my white noise comes from an app on my phone and my phone is plugged in near the bed anyways. As an added bonus, I figured I could use them as a sleep mask as well.Solution found!! He can’t hear my white noise, I can and we both sleep! These cancel out enough sound that outside noises don’t affect me when I have the volume turned up high enough, but I usually keep it pretty low so I can hear the dogs if they need out at night. But I have used them to tune out a football game that my husband was watching and enjoyed my music at a reasonable volume without hearing a peep from his game!Sound quality isn’t Bose quality, obviously, but it’s far better than dollar store earbuds! And given that I’m merely listening to the sound of water coming from an app on a phone, it’s not like the sound quality needs to be fantastic. I think these would be just fine for someone wanting to work out while listening to something on their phone, they deliver a good sound from BOTH sides and sound respectable.I love that there’s a limit to how loud you can turn these up! You reach a certain point when turning the volume up and there’s a beep, letting you know that you’ve reached the highest setting allowed. This would be especially nice if using these with kids, they wouldn’t be able to crank them to ear drum shattering volumes!As far as being an eye mask, well, they’re adequate. I prefer my weighted mask instead because it shuts out much more light. But for traveling, these do the trick and save room in the suitcase as well. They don’t completely block out light, they’re too sheer for that. But they do fine when you don’t want to use another mask or if you find yourself needing to shut out the light for one reason or another. But as far as a quality sleep mask, not these! Adequate headphones at least! And they’ve allowed peace in my bedroom, that’s worth 5 stars!

Great for sleep
I am a light sleeper and have a busy mind, so I like to sleep with some white noise. That doesn’t mean my husband wants to listen too. For a while I used regular earbuds till I hurt my ear just enough to learn my lesson on sleeping with earbuds in. Lucky for me, no permanent damage.Figured I would give this a go, purely for that purpose (though I may try it on walks this winter). The headband is super soft, comfy overall, if a bit warm at times, and has decent sound quality. Good enough for falling asleep to spooky stories from Be Busta at least. 😉My only beef is that the voice when powering on/off and connecting is super loud. Like, never ever put the thing on and then power it on. You will regret it. And hope that it doesn’t disconnect while you are sleeping or you will wake in a hurry. Luckily that’s only happened once so far.Its a bit too warm to wear working out, unless there is snow on the ground IMHO. But its not bulky or heavy. Generally it stays put st least long enough to fall asleep. Money well spent for a dood night’s sleep anyway.

Use this more for workouts than sleeping
I didn’t like the comfort of this. The center piece in the headband which is for controlling the volume and Bluetooth connection, makes this headband uncomfortable for me. I used it for a few nights and woke up with a feeling of an impression on my forehead. I am returning this for that reason. The sound is not the greatest quality either. I am on the hunt for something a little more comfortable and with higher quality sound. It is easy to wear and charging is good too. This just isn’t the sleep mask for me. The thickness of this mask is more like a hair headband that a woman would wear and not thick enough for sleeping.

This thing works great. Great sound. Very comfortable. I use it to help me sleep and it is great. Very happy with it.

The headset sound quality sounded pretty nice and crisp the base from it sounds good quality like I’m hearing the theater in my head it’s really good so I give it five stars heads down, but I didn’t use noise cancellation though.
