I LOVE these!! I only take one a day instead of the recommended two and it has been a game changer!! I used to struggle getting up in the morning (I typically get up at 530am). I would snooze my alarm multiple times and once I did get up I would feel exhausted. After taking these for just TWO DAYS, getting up in the morning is actually enjoyable. I no longer snooze my alarm and when I get up, I feel awake and well rested. No more being groggy and tired!I had read that not being able to get up in the morning and still feeling tired was due to a deficiency which is what led me to getting these. I’ve taken these consistently for the past few years and this is by far the best men’s multi I have ever taken (men’s capsule version).Sleep better, improved mood and my sex drive is better with these. I definitely feel a huge difference if I try to switch brands.I’ve taken many other multis throughout the years, some with supposedly better forms of certain vitamins and I still do not experience this same positive effect as I do with these.I take these with D3 and fish oil each morning and I am good to go.Customer service is also much better than other brands in my experience.10/10.

The pills are HUGE! (See pic with ruler.) I wish the company would have a picture of the tablet pills with dimensions because they could have saved both myself and them the trouble. Also, the tablets turn urine yellow. Many B vitamin products will turn urine yellow, but this was pretty bright and more than once a day. The company was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and refunded my money. They also offered a capsule version to try for free, which they say is smaller. I decided to a different direction with another brand and cannot speak for their capsules.

I have been taking these now for about 2 weeks and definitely noticed a change in my energy level and just feeling good however I cut them in half which it is very hard to do so because with one whole vitamin I thought it was just too much for my body because my urine looked green and it might be because of the soda I drink in the morning which is two of them maybe that’s why but to be green for 2/3 of the day is just doesn’t seem right but I love the vitamins because I have energy and I feel good

I’m pretty impressed with these vitamins. I took supplements for years and I know it usually takes a few months to feel the effects. But I had a tough year and was always so tired and had no energy. I looked on line for the top rated multivitamins and found these. I suppose it could be a coincidence, but I started taking this and in a few days I felt like I had more energy and I feel great. I’ve read some people get upset stomach taking these so I always take them with lunch. They worked well for me and I’m happy with them.

This review is for everyone who is unaware of alfalfa leaf that has estrogenic effects that interacts with effectiveness birth control and pregnant women or people who are sensitive to hormonal effects!!!!!!It is my bad but I did not read the added herbal blend. Unfortunately there is alfalfa leaf in the blend which directly interferes with birth control and hormones because of the estrogenic effects in the alfalfa leaf -you can look this up. I just didn’t assume a herb that negatively affects hormones would be in a women’s multivitamin lol.I was really excited about this bottle but unfortunately I am having interactions and hormonal effects now. I am very sensitive person so any herbs that interact with hormones do give me symptoms. Miserable!!!This herb isn’t even necessary to be in this bottle. Waste of my money. I can’t use it and can’t return it.
