Worked Perfectly for a Dead Battery
I’ve only used this once so far, but it worked beautifully. One of my cars battery was completely dead, and this jump starter got it running again with no issues. It was easy to use, and I was impressed with how quickly it got the engine going.There doesn’t seem to be a switch for it. As soon as the jumper cables are attached it’s ready.

Works Pretty Good, Nice Size
I like that the size is small enough to easily carry in the UTV or even the ATV. I’ve used it several times to air up my tires and it works great, as long as you can figure out the button combo to get it working. That’s my only problem as it takes different button presses, double presses, long presses, etc., to get it working. There is probably a magic combination of presses needed to make it work, but I haven’t figured them out yet. I just keep on with different combo’s until I get it to work.

Misleading/False claim to UL certification
This review is for the ZKpilse “Portable Car Jump Starter with Air Compressor 150PSI, 4000A 12V Charging Car Battery Jump Starter Battery Pack (All Gas/8L Diesel) Jump Box Car Battery Jumper Starter Portable, 680lm Lights”I grudgingly give this product 1 star, because that is the lowest rating Amazon allows. The reason: Demonstrably misleading (at best) or false (at worst) claim to UL certification/listing in the product description on Amazon with no UL mark on the product or packaging. There is NO indication on the product of the manufacturer or seller. A very generic product which can be switched out with little effort on the seller’s part.I begin this review with a quote from the Amazon listing for this product: “[10 PROTECTIONS PREVENT MISOPERATION] Meets national standards UL & FCC certifications.” This misleading or false statement of meeting national standards and having UL certification is repeated twice in the listing. The listing indicates the manufacturer: “Shenzhen Kalaifu Technology CO., Ltd.” and the model as “W250”. Please note: the device itself, the box it comes in, the instructions packaged with the device bear no mention of UL certification. Even the FCC certification is odd, because nothing shipped with the device includes the FCC boilerplate required to be present. For those of you who will note that “no charger is included, so it shouldn’t need UL certification” — please be assured that the UL has standards for the rechargeable batteries used in this product.Seller misrepresentation (or is it mendacity?) aside, I decided to try it out. I have an actual UL listed 2.1 Amp USB-C charger which I used to charge the device to full. I then proceeded to use the jump starter to start my truck which had been sitting for 6 weeks. Yep, it started the truck just fine — I would have needed to charge the battery for a few hours to start it otherwise, as the headlights only glowed for a few seconds. So that worked. Tire inflation worked (slowly) for the spare tire which had gone nearly flat, though the pressure it stopped at was 4 PSI higher by my gauge than I set and the area near the hose outlet became very hot to touch. After a mostly successful test run, it took more than 2 hours to fully charge. Yes, it works, but I wouldn’t carry it in my vehicle or charge it without being present to closely observe it.

Can’t seem to activate some features / poor included documentation
After referencing the manual a few times, I still can’t get the air compressor to function. The buttons to activate it and raise or lower pressure don’t seem to do anything. Though not specified in the manual, I wonder if it can only be turned on when it detects air pressure / is attached to a tire (which I’ve not tried due to it being super cold out)? If the pump can only be activated under specific conditions, it really needs to be advertised to customers and documented in the user manual.I like the flashlight modes. I did go ahead and put it in my car in case it needs a jump, but haven’t yet had an opportunity to try out that feature. Based on the lack of information in the manual and my experience thus far, I’m a bit wary of how well it will function in its primary function.
