Product wouldn’t even turn on. Box arrived damaged. The device looked to be okay. I tried to turn it on and nothing…. I plugged it in to the provided charger and still nothing. I’m got sure if it was damaged in transit or if it’s just poor quality.Now I have the inconvenience of having to pack this thing up and take it to UPS. My printer doesn’t work so I have to figure out somewhere to print this shipping label too…..
