Best I’ve Tried
These were the ones I used the first time I tried patches like these. I really like them. Over time I started buying some other brands when they were on sale or just because they were cheaper in general. However, I will use these from now on. They have the best adhesion without leaving a sticky residue when you take them off. As they absorb the oil, it blends in better than some other brands. They are a good match for my skin tone. I would advise against clear ones because as they absorb oil, you will definitely see the patch turning white. As for effectiveness, I find they really draw out the oil unless the pimples are still too deep. If you happen to scratch / squeeze some open, they do help them heal a lot faster and help you resist the urge to pick at them, allowing them to heal. Pimples that were sore before putting them on tend to feel a lot better the next morning. But again, if the pimples are deep, they don’t really help until they come more to a head.

This is a review for my daughter. She wanted pimple patches. I, being frugal and responsible, found her some that were cheaper. I just about ended her entire social life. To think that someone might find out she wasn’t using ‘Mighty Patch’ pimple patches. I can’t attest to whether or not these work better than others, because that part was not discussed when she came to me in absolute horror, wondering if I was TRYING to ruin her life. Forget that they all look the same. Forget that this child has almost flawless skin. That perceived bump must be covered by a ‘Mighty Patch’ or friends will shun her, peers will point and laugh, she will have to change schools and start fresh. I have heard of these pimple patches for SO LONG and I am so happy to have gotten them. I started using a retinol and had broken out in a few areas because of it. One pimple would not go away and was so deep under my skin for almost two weeks. I put this on and by the next day it was a white head. I continued to use for two more uses (8hours at a time) and it worked beautifully. I wore it to work and completely forgot about it. Slept on it and it stayed on. Worth the value.

This is by far the best product I’ve used to get rid of pimples painlessly. It blends in so you can’t tell you have it on and has successfully removed any pimple I’ve covered. Even those that aren’t on skin surface yet, this has helped it come up faster so that I could get rid of it quickly. Doesn’t dry out your skin like some other methods, easy on the wallet, and there’s no mess or residue. May be slight pulling on the skin when removing the patch but that’s it. Also…kind of a pleasure seeing the pimple come off with the patch.

Unusual, but amazing use for these!
So I do enjoy using these for the occasional pimple flare up, HOWEVER, what I find I use them for most often might be slightly unusual. Hopefully it will help someone else! I enjoy wearing bolder acrylic framed glasses, but with my prescription, they can be kind of heavy on my face and wear sores on either side of my nose. I use these pads to place onto where the sores like to develop BEFORE wearing my glasses. It makes my glasses more comfortable, and it prevents those unsightly blisters!
