Decent antenna adapter. Loose shrink tubing. But still good quality.
Loose shrink tube, over the male antenna that plugs into the head unit. Fits snug into my kenwood DDX376BT. The shrink tube/boot fits fine once you plug it in. It won’t go anywhere once it’s behind the hed unit and installed.

The one that you need for Honda Element 2009/2010 with navigation is “Metra 70-1730 Wire Harness Amplified Version for HONDA 2008 and Up” . Also the antenna that you need is “Anina Antenna Adapter Wire Harness Cable Compatible with 2009-2016 for Honda Accord Civic CR-V Insight Acura RDX TSX Factory Antenna Cable to Aftermarket Radio Receivers”.

Chances are, You need it if you’re upgrading your stock radio to after market single or double din radios. It was perfect on our 2007 Honda Ody EX. Just remember to connect the blue wire to your “red -accessories +” of your after market radio connector(adapter) and the black goes to the back of your radio power antenna. That was it you’re done.
