Better than hoped for
I was hesitant to buy my kid shoes that they haven’t tried on, but these were a win! I took the chance because they were Merrell. I am happy I did it. I got a pair of 13 hoping they would be a little bit and they were so they were sized just as expected. Their first use my kid used them on a 5-mile hike through rough terrain and they said their feet wanted to walk more. Yay!!!!! They were very supportive on their feet and you can’t tell they have been used even with all the walking we have done. My kids favorite color is purple so they loved these even more! They are a bit heavier but that is expected for hiking shoes. They are not so heavy that they get tired from them though. They are very well built and very sturdy. Having these boots and a couple other items, my kid is asking to go on hikes now.

Fit well, supportive and nice quality.
Bought these for my daughter, we like to hike. Hiking in tennis shoes doesnt always work out. She was excited to wear them. She says they are comfortable, help with slipping a She likes the look of them. Fit true to size.

Accurately sized
I have purchased this shoe over the years as my kids sizes have changed. They are great quality. These seem to run accurately sized. I had ordered a different style and brand in a 3 and were too big. I ordered this pair in a 2.5 and they are too tight. I just ordered the 3 in this pair and I’m sure they will be perfect. I should have bought these to begin with.

Zero sores! Super comfortable!
My toddler wore these high-quality hiking boots for three hours and 3 miles! We had him break them in for about a week before we went on a hike. They worked so well, I thought they were worth the money we spent on them. They fit him perfectly with no, sores on his feet, pinching or blisters. They are lightweight and felt like a perfect hiking boot for his feet.

Very comfy, love Merrell, listing not actual condition
My daughter really likes these already and only needed about an hour to break them in. They’re very comfortable and the grip will be amazing. I took a star off because amazon did not accurately describe the item. “Like new” should have been unblemished, basically new; these had wear on the bottom grips, debris inside the shoe, scuffs on the toes, and no protective paper inside the box. “Very good” should have been used.

Great shoe
Great shoe. Not too heavy or light. My kid loves them and is easy to put on. Has a wider fit on it.

Great hiking boot!
I purchased these boots for my Granddaughter (8yrs) and a pair for my Grandson (10yrs) too. They are great for fun hikes and adventurous beach walks during the fall and winter months along the Jersey shore. These hiking boots keep their feet dry and protected from fallen tree branches, thorns etc. and much better traction than their sneakers. We found them to be very supportive and sturdy, great for dirt trails with some hills and rocks.I own a pair for myself as well. Mine are at least 6 yrs old and still look and feel like new even though they have been around! Great purchase!!

Good strong shoes for your little hiking buddy!
I bought these shoes for my 6yo son and he loves them! We have taken these boots out hiking in rough terrain and they do actually grip very well. The tread and overall quality of the shoes is what I’d expect from Merrell. My son loves playing in creeks which usually results in wet shoes. These shoes DO get soaked if submerged enough but they dry fairly quickly in front of a fan.In the late evening, the bright orange accents show up really well which is an added bonus for visibility. My son never complains about comfort in these shoes so I can say they are very comfy for long walks/hikes. These are actually the shoes he wears everyday!

Soy 25 cm Mexicano y la talla decia 25.5 cm y mi dedo gordo del pie topaba. Las agujetas son muy delgadas. Tienen buen agarre, el diseno es bonito.
