Maybe not as breathable as you’d expect
But still pretty comfortable. I will add the caveat that I’ve been wearing support free shoes for quite some time for a more “natural walking experience”, so switching to this pair is a huge plus for me. They do feel comfortable and they offer a good amount of cushion, making it pretty nice to walk in. I got a half size on the big side because the available sizes aren’t exactly the best (one of my complaints). But if I had to get them again, I would have settled for a half size smaller. The material is very stretchy and I’m willing to bet it would quickly form to the size of your feet. But luckily, my feet tend to slip to the front of the shoe and it does not feel noticeably larger than the shoe size I normally wear. These aren’t very easy to slip in though. I have to bend down to pull the back of the shoe straight and put my foot in. The material is not rigid at all, so don’t expect to put these on simply by stepping in them.I like the material though, but the style I chose is pretty simple. They almost look like ankle socks with padding, since there are no definable features at the top of the shoe. But I typically wear pants with these that usually cover the top of the shoes. So not a huge problem for me. And these fit well with longer pants. My pants tend to avoid dragging on the floor most of the time.I don’t typically sweat with my feet, but on more rigorous excursions, I’ve found my feet to be on the damp side. They don’t feel noticeably cooler, even on a brisk day. So I wouldn’t put a lot of stock into that claim. But for this price, I’m willing to buy another pair.

Decent shoes
My teenage son wears these and for the price, they’re a great value! They are comfortable and fit his feet nicely. The only thing he doesn’t like about them is when he’s running in them they slip off the backs, it seems like there’s not enough hold/elastic around the ankle to him but only when running…when walking they stay perfectly on. They are lightweight and don’t feel heavy on your feet. They’ve held up well even with him wearing them every day since they’re his go-to because they’re so easy to just slip on. The bottoms have grip and aren’t slippery on wet pavement like some other cheaper shoes.

These surprised me
when I received these, they came in a plastic zip lock type bag, and they looked like water shoes, so my initial impression was very low. However, I took them out of the bag and propped them into shape and I still was not overly impressed with these 20 buck sneakers. Slid them on and that was the difference. These things are comfortable. They weigh almost nothing, so they are easy on your feet. The sole material looks and feels like my Crocs so that’s a plus and they have insoles which makes it even more pillow like on your feet. stepped outside and it was 15 degrees and windy. First thing I noticed is that I could feel the wind and cold through my feet. I don’t believe that has ever happened to me before. To be fair, they don’t advertise these being any way shape or form insulated. Went back in and put on some thermal socks and that did the trick. Here are a couple of observations:1. super comfortable for all day wearing2. would only wear these on dry days as the fabric is absolutely not water resistant or wind resistant.3. styling was a surprise to me. They are not “busy sneakers” with all kinds of designs and markings, rather simple with a touch of design and no markings. This actually impressed me as they looked good with my jeans on and don’t have that cheap sneaker look to them so that is a big plus.4. I got the Black with black soles and am more than impressed with the comfort and style these sneakers. will be buying another pair as my guess is they are good for a season or so and then need replacement, but we will see.
