Not bad
So far this fan works as it should. Can definitely tell a difference with this forced airflow on top of the Xbox. It’s super easy to install and set up. The light is bright but not too bright. The quality seems nice so far and isn’t too loud when using the low or medium setting. I don’t know that it would be compatible in any other use other than with a series x standing up as this doesn’t actually secure itself to anything, more just uses gravity to sit on the top. The size fits perfectly on top of the Xbox and almost looks like a proper extension of the case.

This works well but auto sensing would be great
I’ve used this for the past five days and it’s a decent purchase.It works as it’s described in the listing. The led lights have several modes. The fan has three speeds. And, both the lights and the fan are operated by soft touch buttons. This is all well and good. No problems.The only bit of feedback I would give the manufacturer is that this should have auto on/off. I’m concerned about forgetting to turn this thing off when I’m done on the console. I don’t want power being pulled from the USB for long periods of time when I’m not using the xbox. One way of remembering to turn off the fan is to leave the lights on when the fan turns on. So there’s a visual clue that the fan is still on. But, I find the lights to be a distraction so I’ve been turning them off.If I get too concerned about leaving the fan on, I might buy one that has auto on/off. Our xbox one has a fan with auto on/off and it works great.The other feedback I have is about the short usb cord. Since the fan isn’t auto on/off and shouldn’t necessarily have to be powered by the xbox console, they should make a version of the cord that is long enough to be plugged into a power adapter. That way if the fan is forgotten on, it’s not pulling power through the box but through an outlet reducing stress on the console. If it were a unit that senses temperature and turned on/off automatically, I could see the necessity of plugging into the console. But since it’s not dependent on the console for anything, then making the cord long enough to plug in somewhere else should be easy.

I was happy when this came in but after unboxing it and reading the crappy instructions and putting it together it didn’t even turn on at all, the instructions give you little to no detail on what to do but I tried plugging it in and it didn’t even turn on. I even used different USB ports. I love love love this fan! I had issues with my Xbox One always overheating and I didn’t want that to happen again. It literally looks like Xbox intentionally made it this way, it looks great. It works so well, I’ve never felt the Xbox being really hot because of this fan. I love the colours as well and being able to change the speed the fan runs. I just wish the fan would auto start when the Xbox starts getting warm without having to manually turn it on.

Fantastic cooling fan and I highly recommend it.A must-have to keep your console dust-free and cool.Great price and value for money.I’ve been using it for the past few days and it keeps my console really cool ,even when running beefy games like Baldurs Gate 3 for a few hours.My console would get hot when playing this game, now with the fan on high setting ,it only gets slightly warm.The fan fits perfectly and it easy to slot on.The dust protection cover, vent stickers are great, stick on really well and are easy to apply.The rubber stoppers for USB,game disc etc are really good ,but a bit awkward to cut out.The fan settings go from low to high,and the light settings are easy to change.The only downside is thatthe fan is quite loud,especially on the 3rd higher setting.
