Happy with this miracle machine. Instant relief for my carpal tunnel pain and sore muscles.
Since working from home, I have had a lot more muscle pain all over, mostly from sitting in the same position for a long time. My carpal tunnel syndrome has also been flaring up more frequently, therefore I set out to find a remedy. And wow did I find it! After using the tens massager a few days, the pain went from a 10 to a 2. I love that it’s so compact, I can carry it in my purse and just put it on whenever I need some pain relief. I also use it for my sciatica pain and let me tell you, it is working wonders for me. I wish I would have found this great little miracle machine a long time ago. It has 6 different massage modes and different intensity levels, it is very easy to charge and use so I can’t rave enough about it. The price is also very good considering I used to frequently visit the chiropractor and not only was it very pricey, but I had to make an appointment, drive there, take time off of work which was not always convenient. And now with this great tool, I can use it anytime, at my convenience. Definitely a great buy!

After an initial hiccup, device works as promised.
UPDATED REVIEW:After the initial review, I received an email from Megawise offering a new device and asking that I change the review. I agreed, and a second device was sent, which ALSO DID NOT WORK. When I tried to contact the person who had sent the initial replacement email, I got a message that this person email address did not exist at Megawise, so maybe they quit or got fired. I assumed that this would be the end of it. I eventually got a third email from Megawise, again offering a replacement device. This device arrived last week. I’ve tried the TENS unit, and it does what it says it does. I personally found that the intensity of the unit appears to be too weak for me, but that may be just my personal preference/needs. I can’t fault Megawise for this.Although it took some time, I came away impressed with Megawise’s commitment to work to make sure that I received a working unit and their multiple follow-ups to make sure that I got everything I needed. I am upgrading my rating appropriately.INITIAL REVIEW:I should have paid more attention to other reviewers. This item charged up without a problem. That’s the only positive thing I can say. After charging, it wouldn’t turn on. Apparently several people have had the same issue, and, of course, there is no return. Customer service was not helpful. Spend more money and get something that works.

Small but easy to use
I like that it is easy too use and too hook up what I dislike is if the pad are not put down all the way you will get a little sting but over all it’s pretty good.

This is small so it is more convenient to carry if you need to move around. It is easy to learn how to use. It has multiple settings and intensity levels. It is very reasonably priced for this kind of device. It seems to be helping my fiance’s neuropathy. His feet bother him and keep him awake. After using this he says his feet feel better and he has been able to fall asleep easier afterward. It is nice that it has a handy instruction booklet that tells you all the features and different settings but the only negative is that the fonts are very small writing and hard to read. If they were larger it would be more useful and handy. Also it is nice that there is bold back lighting but it doesn’t stay on for long enough to program the settings; if it stayed on just a minute or two longer that would be perfect. Overall, I would purchase again for anyone who needs or wants this kind of device.

The order is missing the collection board but sadly we missed the replacement deadline. So check items completely as soon as you receive the product.
