Basic but works
The best thing about this product is the Bluetooth compatibility. it has its own app where it syncs result to ur phone and can be sent to ur or ur doctors email. My doctor can then adjust prescriptiom wothput me having to go to the office

Accurate but needs separate power adapter for regular use
On the plus side, this blood pressure monitor works well and is accurate. It’s fairly easy to use. On the downside, it operates on either AA batteries or a power adapter (not included). I think you would go through quite a few batteries if you were using this multiple times per day. It also has no backlight, which may make the the screen hard to read depending on your eyesight/lighting situation. On further consideration, they probably designed it without a backlight to enable the batteries to work longer. Great for your medical emergency kit, but maybe not the best option for someone who needs to monitor their blood pressure daily.

Works Accurately for BP and Pulse
I keep this BP machine on my coffee table to remind me to use it while I’m watching TV – it’s the only time I’m ever sitting for more than 5 minutes and sitting quietly for 5 minutes is recommended before taking a BP measurement.This machine is not as noisy as some BP machines I’ve used (so I can still hear the TV). I find it wraps around my arm easily and the Velcro keeps it snugly in place around my arm while using. This is a regular sized cuff and I am petite but it still fits correctly, I like how everything fits neatly back into the zippered case for safekeeping.This machine will do Bluetooth but that is not what I need so I did not download the app – I only want it to keep a memory of the last several tests which it will do for 2 different people. Of note: it can also give an average of the last 2 readings.

We ordered this for my boyfriend who is diabetic and has high blood pressure and heart disease. His doctor wanted him to monitor his blood pressure between visits and ordering this was a lot easier than going to pharmacy or a lab to take his blood pressure a few times a week. The monitor is very easy to use. The cuff goes on easy and stays in place well while taking his blood pressure. The monitor does not have a backlight but is easy enough to read. We use the Medline Health app to store the blood pressures so we don’t have to record them somewhere else – makes it easy to store a few months worth between visits.Case is nice for traveling. There is no AC adapter included, but that’s not a huge deal for the number of times in a month that we use it. We haven’t had to replace the batteries yet after a couple of months of useage, but we only use it 2 to 3 times a week.

The screen display is very clear and large, and most of the reading is in large font, just the pulse is just a tad smaller and the time/date even smaller. There are NO voice prompts.The unit is powered by either by 4 AA batteries, or a 5V AC Adapter (NOT INCLUDED).The product comes with 1 cuff (8.6″->16.5″ / 22cm->42cm), the Velcro works very well when the cuff inflates.Compared to other Blood Pressure Monitors I have it seems to be the same.This unit can connect to your phone via Bluetooth and downloading, installing and using the Medline Health application. Using the Medline Health app you can download all your reading so you can show it to your doctor if monitoring. It will show you a graph of your readings.Negatives:1) There isn’t a backlight display, for people with bad eyesight and not in a good low-light room, you will not be able to see display in dark areas, etc.2) Alternative power source you have to purchase.
