LOVING This instant Read Thermometer
We used this thermometer on our New Year’s roast and it worked fantastic! The readout display is large and it has a backlit display. The temperature comes up almost immediately. It turns on and off by collapsing the probe. We washed the probe and the waterproof feature works! The probe locks in place which was hard at first, I thought I would break it opening it the first time, but all is good and it opens and closes fine and clicks in place to store it. I am very pleased with the thermometer.

One of the better ones we have purchased. This particular one seems to be constructed well. One of the big issues with these type are the constant folding and pulling out to use them. If they are constructed flimsy it’s not long before they fail. Wipe clean with warm soapy water after use and no issues. Temperature is accurate as well. Compared with 2 others and it’s well within the range of your cooking chart temps. I would recommend this particular one.
