Gave me independence
This is the best product I’ve ever purchased anywhere. I recently had emergency abdominal surgery. I’m young and healthy and I live alone so there was no one to assist me. I had no way of laying down or sitting up in bed because I could not engage my abdomen. I connect this rope ladder to my footboard, sit on the mattress, hold onto it, and I can slowly lower myself down onto the mattress, and then I can use it to pull myself up and sit up in bed. This small genius product kept me from staying in the hospital even longer because it gave me independence. It also allowed me to rest. The alternative would’ve been to try to sleep sitting up on a couch for weeks until I healed which would’ve been miserable. So grateful for this product.

Helped me be able to roll to the side
After my release from the hospital I was unable to roll onto my side. I used this until I regained enough strength to roll myself. Works great! Better than my caregiver having to heave me over. very sturdy, easy to attach to bed, and the quality is excellent.

Better mounting instructions needed!!!
This is a pretty useful device to help you sit yourself upright – such as bringing yourself from a lying to sitting position with assistance needed due to things such as back injuries. What we did not like were the instructions. The instructions were very confusing and only addressed the ability to attach to a footboard bed. We do not have a footboard on our bed and have the what I guess is now old-timey metal bed rails with box springs and mattress. A much better job could have been done to explain different ways to attach when no foot board is present. The device itself seems to be very well made. Nice cushioned hand holds.

Good concept with reservations
Disabled husband used it only once and didn’t like it. It requires good upper body strength. Also got in the way of the bedcovers. Not everyone who is bedbound would find this device helpful.

This was very easy to install on my full-size iron bed frame and enabled me to pull myself up unassisted for several weeks while I was in a sling. It did slip out of the clasp once but was easy to reattach.

The designer of this made it extremely complicated. No need for such a design. Good luck trying to even make this function. Honestly think it’s a joke gift. Worse than rubicks cube. Save yourself money and avoid this product. It’s too long even for a queen bed and no functional adjustment to adjust the later.

Compre el artículo para mi papá que necesita un apoyo para subir y bajar de la cama.Tiene un buen tamaño por la cantidad de “escalones” que trae.La parte para amarrar a la cama es bastante larga, y me permitió amarrar la escalera a la base de la cama, en este caso contra el marco donde va el colchón.El tamaño y material de los “escalones” permiten agarrar con fuerza y sin que se resbalen las manos.
