This tastes like dirt on its own. I’ve put it in sugar free Gatorade a couple times which is better. I’ve had this the past three nights and I cannot say I notice much of anything. I’ve never had Kava before and I’m trying to find something to replace drinking every night. I know this is very low in kava so I’ll consider trying something else. This isn’t worth the money.

I have tried MANY supplements to help calm down and this specific product I have tried 3 different times since buying and noticed NOTHING. Snake oil that cannot be returned!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!
