OK everyone…LISTEN UP! Are you tired all the time? Addicted to facebook? Constipated? Does your dog avoid you? Your husband? Can’t get the energy up to cook anything because of brain fog? I know, I know, I’m probably a special needs case, and you all are brimming with vim and vigor. But, on the off chance that someone out there can relate to any of this, then let me tell you how MaryRuth Organics vitamins AND minerals have probably saved my life. I have suffered with chronic insomnia for over 30 years, and now I’m sleeping all through the night. That right there makes the products worth their weight in gold. My appetite was all over the map, yet I lacked the energy to even prepare a single meal for the last 3 years. That’s leveling out, WAHOO! Each day I feel a little better a little more energetic and my laundry is all caught up. No more constipation, and my husband notices that I’m in a better mood. What I’m most excited about is that this stuff really works! If for no other reason than it will probably do the same for you, you should happily and quickly whip out your wallet, order this for EVERYONE on your Christmas list even for your grouchy neighbor, no, especially for your grouchy neighbor, not only because it is transforming to the cells in our bodies and makes us feel happier than we have in years, but also, and this is important, too, the brochure that comes with it is so darned cute and chocked full of support information. That’s what caught my eye…the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, “this human likes cute labels and brochures…make them pop up as much as possible.” How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. But, if this is my one and only chance to sing the praises of this fantastic product, then pop over to their web site. Extra Strength Lemonade Dream
This stuff is Incredible and works Soooo well for me!!! My first purchase of the Mary Ruth’s liquid nighttime multimineral was the Coconut flavor, which tasted pretty decent. And it work very effectively! With that one, I’d take the recommended dosage, then about 15 minutes later, it was practically Impossible to keep my eyes closed, even if I tried! And I’d sleep soundly and deeply throughout the night :)This go-round, as my insomnia had returned and I’ve been dealing with a neighbor that is super noisy during the night, I purchased the Extra Strength Lemonade Dream. With this one, based on how Super powerful it is, I just take half of the recommended dosage, to ensure I don’t oversleep. But that dosage gives me the same quality of deep, peaceful, restful, and renewing sleep as a full dosage of the regular strength version. So the added benefit is that for the Same price as those, this bottle lasts for Two months for the price instead of just one month ;)And my favorite bedtime combination for an amazing night’s sleep, plus empowering my body to do plenty of self-healing while I sleep, is to do: half a serving of the extra strength liquid nighttime multimineral, plus a half dosage of a stress-management/anti-anxiety natural supplement pill that I take (to soothe me and relax my nervous system and mind for bed), plus a Traditional Medicine brand nighttime (caffeine-free) herbal tea. Aside from the taste which is fair, this product works wonders! I sleep amazingly through the night and I’m not groggy in the morning! I use the daytime one in conjunction with this product and it has been a game changer. Run and get this and the daytime one immediately if you want the daytime mental clarity and zing and the nighttime one if you want amazing sleep!!!!!!

Works well and taste great
I’ve been taking this everyday for about two weeks about 30-60min before bed. I want to say it works, my sleep has been fairly better- I usually wake up between 2/3am and stay awake for almost 1-2hrs. That hasn’t happened since I’ve been taking Ruth Mary. I have e cranberry flavor and it taste pretty good! I have four starts bc I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks and I would like to at least have a month or so of solid data to give a five start review.

I am so devastated this product didnt work for me, Ive read many great reviews and I am happy its worked for alot of people but this did absolutely nothing to improve my sleep. In fact I slept worse, I found it harder to get to sleep and id wake even earlier.

The product was delivered in a bad condition. The product is about to expire and expiry date is April 2022. It was produced and manufactured in 2020. Quite disgusting and the wrapper looks yellow when originally was white. Pls give me a refund now.
