Excited to Order – Disappointed does not cut smoothly
TLR – The Short Story – Main reason I cannot recommend product, trimmer does not cut smoothly or cleanly, in comparison to a Wahl and Philips trimmers.Pros:a. Box shrink wrapped.b. Nice packaging, black box sleek, can be given as a gift.c. All items fit nicely in box: trimmer, base and trimmer attachments.d. Trimmer light weight.e. Can charge in stand up base, great space saver.f. Can charge with cord straight into trimmer.g. Trimmer came 68% charged, took about 30 minutes to charge to 100%.h. Trimmer attachments save space by being 2 in 1.Cons:a. Incorrect charging cable sent with trimmer. See pic, it is standard USB on one end and a “heating element” type connection on other. Trimmer uses Type C USB which we had plenty of at home.b. Started trimming elderly Dad’s hair, which he does not have a lot of, very sparse. Used the attachment and it cut somewhat but had to make several passes, it also snagged a bit.c. Tried to trim Dad’s beard with no attachments and trimmer did not cut at all, in fact it seemed to snag too.Cannot recommend this product.We are not new to hair trimmers. We have used a Wahl hair kit for over 20 years without any problems and a Philips shaver for over 5 years. Even if beard is long the Philips shaver allows you to “hack at it,” you just have to remove blades individually to clean.

Wrong charging cord
Razor arrived and very happy with it charges very quickly however I was sent a charger that doesn’t fit the razor port or base port. Luckily I have a ton of type C chargers. Also would have been nice to have something to hold all the attachments.

Included power cable is incorrect
Off the bat, this seems like a decent trimmer. The blades move smoothly and it’s not terribly loud or difficult to use. I will mention, however, that the included power cord does not go with this trimmer. The charger and the trimmer both take a type c power cable so I don’t know what the deal is with what’s included. Fortunately, I have tones of type c chargers but I would have appreciated having the appropriate one arrive with this.
