I bought these for my young adult son with autism who doesn’t have the best diet.
So I purchased these vitamins for my young adult son with autism who has a limited diet and doesn’t get enough fruits and vegetables. After going to the doctor, she recommended vitamins after doing some bloodwork. Pills are difficult for him to swallow. We go back next month to see if any of his vitamin levels have improved and I will report back. I will say he doesn’t mind the taste and has been diligent about taking them every day. Thankful to have this option in gummy form.

Tastes so bad I can’t bring myself to eat them.
I don’t get it, maybe it’s just me, but I legitimately can’t force myself to eat them. The veggies one I can maybe get one down, it is *slightly* better than the fruits one, but not by that much. I honestly can’t comment on whether they’re healthy or not, side effects, etc. I tried to eat them and just couldn’t. I managed to stomach the veggies one for 3 days before gave up, but couldn’t finish more than 1 fruit one.Good luck. Don’t depend on my statement, since obviously there are lots of good reviews, but… If anyone else out there is having trouble, hopefully this review makes them feel a little less alone or crazy than I felt for a bit.
