The best Multivitamins I have ever taken
This brand of MVI was recommended from my holistic doctor. Love this brand. I also use Life extensions Coenzyme Q10 and Vitamin D with K. Very potent. You take 2 multivitamins a day. I separate them with meals. FYI your urine will be electric yellow 😳. That is from all the B vitamins.

Amazing Energy!
The night prior to taking these, I didn’t sleep at all. I was so tired and exhausted. I took only one of the vitamins, and immediately had the energy to clean a room I had been using for storage. Truly the best on the market
All in all I take 12 vitamins and supplements a day (counting this twice) and a few years back my aunt told me if I ordered her products she would buy me this. I decided what the heck I may as well try it for a month instead of my normal multivitamin (not going to bash the name) and there is DEFINITELY a NOTICEABLE difference. I can’t afford to buy all of my vitamins but they’re definitely putting the correct amount of each beneficial ingredients they list on the label in their product which is too many to list. Not to mention there are at least 5 ingredients I don’t believe I’ve seen in any other multivitamins but upon further research they should be in them but it’s probably too expensive (which is why this product is so expensive). Definitely earned the 5 stars but you should create some sort of discount for repeat customers ( :

I did a lot of research about individually buying the best supplement for issues I wanted to address. I found this, and in 9/10 cases this multivitamin uses the latest tech in supplements at a good dosage for a very reasonable price.For example it uses the methylated form of folate. Some people have a genetic disorder where they can’t process the typical folic acid properly which can lead to issues, and 99% of other multivitamins use the folic acid form because it’s cheap. Another it uses is opti-zinc, it’s well studied and one of the best for bioavailability.I would prefer a different form of magnesium as magnesium oxide is cheap and not that bioavailable, but that’s a small drawback. If magnesium is an issue for you, look at getting magnesium glycinate powder. To get a meaningful amount of magnesium there is a lot of bulk to the powder, you wouldn’t be able to fit into a multivitamin anyways.
