The supplements arrived packaged well in a securely sealed bottle to ensure their freshness. The supplements are easy to swallow. After taking the supplements for a week, I got sick, not due to taking them. I couldn’t take them when I was ill. When I began retaking them a week later, I didn’t experience the support of the supplements anymore. Compared to another magnesium supplement I have taken this one does not continue to offer quality. I am not satisfied with this brand this is why I rated it 3 stars. I do not recommend it for everyone seeking better focus and memory.
