Received USED, broken toy TWICE IN A ROW!
Was so excited to get this toy for my emergency-vehicle obsessed toddlers! I ordered this item new, but when I opened the box, I saw that the fire truck toy had clearly been used, was no longer in its original plastic packaging, and was rattling loudly – clearly something inside of it was broken. I initiated a return exchange for the exact same item, and when I opened this second box, almost the EXACT SAME ISSUE! I had received yet another used, damaged fire truck toy, removed from its original packaging, but this time it was scuffed up and dirty, not rattling as much as the previous broken toy. Completely fed up with this disappointing product!

Grandson disappointed
The cars seem to be sturdy. My complaint is with the police car. It will run forward, but after the controller is used to turn the vehicle, the controller has to be turned off then back on for the car to move forward again. Otherwise it just goes in a circle no matter what controller button is used. It’s like a constant reset.Very frustrating for a 3 year old to operate.

The remote controls are easy for small hands to use, with simple buttons for forward, reverse, and turning. The cars themselves are sturdy and well-made, withstanding a few accidental crashes and bumps. However, the cars are best suited for smooth surfaces. They struggle a bit on carpets or uneven terrain, and the wheels can sometimes get stuck. Also, the battery life could be a bit better. We’ve found ourselves replacing the batteries quite frequently, especially with heavy use.Overall, these Remote Control Cars are a fun and engaging toy for toddlers and young children. They’re not designed for off-road adventures, but they’re perfect for indoor play and sparking imaginative scenarios.

Absolutely wonderful children’s stories they really encouraged my son to walk and move around.We use it as a bit of a play game where I drive the cars round and he has to chase them. It’s been great to promote his abilities to walk.Use is really easy as you can see from the video. There’s a small switch on the back of the remote and the car and one flicked they automatically turn on.There are some great features built into remote such as the ability to turn on and off the music turn on the engine noises turn on and off the lights. These are all great sensory games that we play with our son. It’s also quite useful when you’ve had enough of the music and they keep pressing the steering wheel on the car which starts up again LOL.Charge time is roughly about an hour, but from that you get hours of playtime we’ve actually left the car turned on for almost a week and a half and it still had battery to drive round.The remote also only work on batteries they’re not USBC chargeable.The box they come with is perfect and we’ve kept it as a storage for the cars when they’re not in use when we rotate the toys. Our son is just coming up to one and a half years old so although we don’t let him play with the figures that come with the cars the cars themselves have been great and he finds playing with the remote controls absolutely fascinating.The design is really nice. The colour is a lovely environment. It’s definitely geared towards younger children and our son loves them.Very satisfied and certainly value for money.
