Empowering your milk flow! Try this tea for a boost!
As a mom to a 1.5-year-old who’s still nursing, finding a lactation tea that truly works has been difficult! My daughter has been easting solids and drinking other liquids for a long time now, so naturally, my milk supply has taken a dip over these kast few months and being so busy, I was pumping only 1-2 times a day because my supply just wasn’t there. Then I tried Lansinoh Milk’s Up Lactation Tea, and the difference has been incredible. After just a few days of consistent use, I noticed a significant boost in my milk supply. I’ve gone from pumping once or twice a day to four times a day, and the output is amazing. I feel much more confident that I’m meeting my daughter’s needs while also being able to store extra milk for later. The tea itself has a comforting, herbal flavor that’s easy to enjoy daily, and it’s a simple addition to my routine. Knowing it’s packed with lactation-supporting ingredients like fenugreek and fennel makes me feel good about using it. It has a sweet, natural aroma and is perfectly balanced. I add a teaspoon or two of sugar to give it some extra sweetness and I love the taste! It’s not just effective, but coming from Lansinoh, it’s a product I trust! If you’re looking for something to help with a milk supply dip, this tea is absolutely worth trying. It’s been a lifesaver for me, and I’m so grateful to have found it!Also, I find this to be affordable, especially compared to competitor brands! And again, with this being Lansinoh, a company I have trusted for many, many, years, you know you’re getting a great quality product!

Effective Product
The taste is kind of wonky but if you can get past that it’s a decent product. It’s very smooth flavor wise and has a more earthy/green taste. Physically it’s not as the particles of the tea get out of the bag and into the cup. For that I took one star off. I’ve noticed after a week and a half of drinking the tea I’m producing maybe an extra two ounces every 8 hours when pumping. Based on my experience I would say it does increase breast milk output.

Great for morning sickness
This was my first time trying this tea. I needed relief from my morning sickness I thought the aroma was nice not to overly fragrant to get me more nauseous and it was quick and easy to make it took me less than 5 minutes and most importantly the taste it was very refreshing due to the hints of mint but not overpowering and good flavor i took it straight with no honey or lemon i felt like the taste was great on its own i used one tea bag for my cup and thought the strength of the tea was perfect usually i need to add two tea bags to my regular tea but about a couple sips in i felt the effect of the tea so it calmed me down pretty quickly overall all the tea is great tasting, functional and i will recommend to my pregnant friends and coworkers and patients.

Good “intro” to red raspberry leaf tea
I received this product from Lansinoh to try, and as a someone who is very familiar with red raspberry leaf tea, I consider this a very light version that is good for people who have never tried RRL tea before.I’m currently 38 weeks so I’ve already been going heavy on my RRL consumption. The Lansinoh tea is much lighter than the pure RRL that I am already using or other RRL teas like from Traditional Medicinals. Even after letting it seep for 20mins at the first brew, the tea was still really light (in color and flavor). I do like the combo of the RRL with Peppermint, which make the tea much more refreshing. I brew this along with an extra scoop of my own RRL to boost the effect for me.I think this is a good tea for mom’s who have never consumed RRL tea before and are looking to try it to prepare for labor. But if you’re someone who already consumes RRL tea and are used to the more tannic taste, this will be too weak for you.

Raspberry Leaf Tea- Yummy
I purchased this before I hit 36 weeks so I had to wait a little bit to do this review, but I was given the OK by my Dr to go ahead and give it a shot. I didn’t necessarily drink it to induce labor like most people say but I got it because I heard it has great benefits to prepare for labor. I like the taste of the tea but I think I decided that I like it better iced rather than hot. As far as Caffeine goes, it didn’t give me like a massive boost of energy but it gave me enough to give me a head start on the day. Overall, it a yummy tea for a great value and I’d highly recommend it for you to try.

It’s good even if you don’t normally like herbal tea
I usually don’t drink herbal tea mostly only iced sweet tea , it has a very subtle taste that hides when it’s hot tea. It’s also really good iced. I usually only pump once a day and get about 8 oz using this tea for about a week I had to do a second pump with about 8oz each. I normally don’t like herbal teas but this was good.
