I went to a pharmacy and they had lancets. 100 for 17.99. So I went on Amazon and saw similar for 5.99 for 310. Wow. Works great and no difference. Definitely will purchase again.

So, the first thing I noticed, when I uncapped one of these, was that the exposed portion of the needle was shorter than I expected. At first I was worried, but, after playing with them, I realized that most of the ones I use are longer than needed, and the device I use them in has a ‘depth’ setting that I usually leave at about the middle setting.. with these, I put it at almost the highest (deepest) setting, and get pretty much the same response. Not a huge deal, EXCEPT, these are handy when I have to get a drop in a hurry, and don’t want to bother with the lancet device — being shorter, they can’t go in as far, so I don’t inadvertently stab myself deeper than I mean to.Beyond that, they work exactly as expected, and I didn’t notice any manufacturing defects, variations, or anything along those lines — and they fit in any of several lancet devices I have.For over 300 of them for about 6 bucks, I’m quite happy with them.

My friend’s mom complained of the size of her lancet and sometimes she had to use multiple lancets because the first one didn’t pierce her skin or it’s not long enough (my friend bought a different brand elsewhere) so I ordered these because of the gauge. She has 28G lancets.The friend’s mom is happier with this product because she says it seems to be sharper than her other brand since she hasn’t had to use more than one to check her blood sugar. No complains so far, works as intended.

Good for me and a good value
As a diabetic I have to test my sugars regularly. I needed lancets and these worked for my needs. I am not someone who has a preference to the length of the actual lancet so the length of these were good for my needs. The colors are nice but not a deal maker for me. Overall, these worked in my lancet device and did what I needed at a reasonable price.

Perfect for my Livongo and other finger-stick devices
These work exactly as they should and allow for sharp, quick sticks. I have to set my devices to a depth of 5 in order to obtain a decent sample, and these work very well for that purpose. I’m new to this and trying to prevent becoming a full-blown diabetic, so ease of use and convenience have become very important in my choice of products.
