Helps with sleep and tastes great.
Helps with sleep, tastes great and curves nighttime snack urges. Add a little milk or honey. Only gripe is I wish it was available in a jar, I don’t really dig on the microtrash single serve things.

Will continue to have on hand!
I am usually skeptical of these types of things but I do very much believe it helps me calm down in the evening and sleep very soundly! I’ve made it in a variety of ways, it is one the sweeter and somewhat Spiced side for taste. Definitely easy to have as a warm night cap type drink!

Taste better than expect
LOVE LOVE. Thought it might be a “rooting” tasting tea but it was not and was delicious, doesn’t even need creamer/ect

Not for me.
I have enjoyed other products from Laird and I like the idea of this: a nice way to get my wind down supplement via a hydrating beverage. I like that the ingredients are sourced from foods that I recognize. My issue is with the taste and texture. The first time I tried it cold, adding the powder to the cup and pouring in cold water. I found it didn’t mix well and I had to use my immersion blender to get it together. The earthy cinnamon flavors didn’t suit a cold beverage to me. So I tried warm and still had issues dissolving it. In the end it did better warm, but I did not care for the flavor and texture (gritty even when dissolved). On the plus side I managed to finish and had restful sleep on both occasions.
