Winners, but run large!
Excellent boots with a stylish elastic feature on the back of the shaft. These come in such a wide variety of neutral colors that it’s really hard to pick just one. The sole is very sturdy and thick with no slipping happening anytime soon. Note: these run large, so pick out your pair based on the foot length on the sizing chart provided and not your regular shoe size number. On the otherhand, these are really easy to put on a size up.

They seem to be really comfortable. And good quality for a faux leather . Really good fit. I ordered one size larger to give me room for thicker socks. I have not worn them for a long period of time yet. Will try and update at a later day. They look really cute on and zipper quality is pretty standard pretty easy to zip. Absolutely good value for my money. They smell like leather.

Edgy appearance
I ordered these boots for winter wear, but they have more of an edgy appearance than I’d like so I am returning. They seem to be of good quality and have a very thick heel. I followed Amazons sizing recommendation of going up a half size and they were a great fit. The calf area was pretty roomy, and I’d say I have medium size legs. I cannot attest to all day comfort, but I was satisfied in comfort while trying them on. I don’t see much versatility with these. Overall a good boot, just not my style.

Updated – subpar quality
UPDATE: I’ve had these boots for only 3 months. I wear them about twice a week to an office job. I don’t wear them to go hiking or do any strenuous activity in them. Unfortunately, the material is flaking off. I’ve never had this happen with boots beyond the usual scuffs, and never with boots this new.I contacted the seller thinking this was a defect. The seller did not offer any discount beyond what was already posted as the “sale” price on the listing. Too bad. I really love the style of these boots, but I would not recommend these them.——————————————I wanted a stylish, flat heel knee-high boot. These are very comfortable – they feel like you’re walking on a cloud – and they are not cheap or flimsy. They look nicely made. I tried ones in my size and half size larger since I have wide feet. My regular size was perfect in length, but too tight in width, so I stuck with the larger ones. I think they make my foot like a little big, but my friend didn’t think so. They are definitely roomy, but not uncomfortably so. Even the larger ones felt a bit too tight at first, but as I walked around they gave just enough. I wore them all day at work with no issues. My calves are 15.5″ at the widest point and I am able to zipper them over leggings.

Surprisedly good for the price I paid for. Item looks high end and faux leather looks real. Came in a terrible box and smashed but came back to shape quickly. True to size and fits well on skinny legs. In sized up to wear with warmer socks.

I wanted to love them……
I really wanted to love these boots but they slouch weird at the ankles and it feels odd. I walked around the house for awhile and it was very uncomfortable.So, let me back up. I usually wear a size 10, so I ordered that size first. They fit perfect everywhere (Calf & Ankles) but the toe area was way too long, so I returned them for a 9.5 (the boots in the photo). The size 9.5 fit my size 10 foot perfectly. I just can’t figure out this slouching at the ankles. I know it’s difficult to see in the photos, but trust me, it looks ridiculous in person. The boot makes my foot look off center of my ankle.The boot is adorable, and exactly what I was looking for – but my days of “cute over comfort” are long gone. They do have an awful smell that other reviews mention, but that’s to be expected considering where they are from. I will be returning them.

I wear an 8 wide in shoes, but always order 8.5 wide in boots because I sometimes I throw a winter felt liner in them, or an orthotic, or wear a nice thick sock – depending on the whim of the day. These are perfect in 8.5 wide. If I was only going to wear them with thin sock or nylons/tights, then the 8 wide would be just fine and true to size. My calf is 16 inches around; the boots go on perfectly and I find it easy pulling up the zipper. They do not gape at the top either – they look fitted (giving a nice riding boot look). If your calf is wider, I tested the strech (the back panel has elastic. So I put my right hand down the shaft of the boot and my finger tip could touch my ankle.. what that means is there are several inches of available strech for wider calfs if you need it (or for tucking in pants).I have had both feet rebuilt (bunions), and I am very careful on fit and finish. There is not a pinch, nor a pressure point with these boots on … they feel like butter on (like an old friend). The sole although thicker is not clunky or heavy. I am walking around on our hardwood floors in our condo, and there is not a sound… like walking on a cloud. So the boots are going to be perfect. They have a deep tread on the sole (great for winter climates, or wet days or just for a fashion statement). The elastic at the back is not rubbing on my leg (not cutting in at all). The boots are packaged with great care, and actually smell of leather, and feel like soft leather, and I actually had to reread the description to confirm they were faux leather. The quality is top notch, and beautiful. I have been boot shopping (black, tall boots) for sometime now, at all price points, and these are by far the nicest boots I have tried on. Oh, one last thing, you know how some boots make your feet feel really hot, and like oh my god, get them off… well… these do not have that effect… your feet are comfortable and not overheated. I suspect you could wear them all day. Happy feet!Yup these are a buy!
