My granddaughter LOVES this top. It fits well and is just the right weight for Spring weather. She says it is very soft, too.

Not a vest, not short sleeves
The shirt has a fun print for the tween in your life. The sleeves are awkward as they aren’t long enough to be short sleeves and the shirt looks more awkward with a long sleeve shirt underneath. I had high hopes because of the fun print but the shape is too odd. My only suggestion is to maybe size down to try a cropped, cap-sleeve look.
