KOS Organic Inulin Powder is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve purchased many similar products in the past that tasted terrible, were expensive and I just had to throw them out. KOS Organic Inulin Powder is essentially tasteless. This allows me to mix it into any food without changing the flavor of that food. I started out mixing only a quarter teaspoonful in plain water, then doubled that after a week. I’m still not up to a full scoop that they supply, but I sprinkle it into many of the dishes I make. Using this method, I never had any digestive issues.I love that it’s Organic and I haven’t had any trouble with it clumping. Also, I’m diabetic, so I love that all the carbohydrate is fiber, not adding to my net carb count.KOS Organic Inulin Powder in the USA and it will be the first fiber product that I will make repeat purchases. I couldn’t be happier with this type of product. Yes, I recommend this product.

It is a little clumpy like some reviews said, but if you thoroughly mix it with about a pint of water it dissolves. If it’s clumping a lot, add more water or stir. It mixes great into yogurt fwiw. It’s got a slightly sweet taste, but the flavor is mild at best. And it works. No complaints!

Used in making my own yogurt
I read Super Gut by Dr William Davis and it’s all about making your own yogurt with single strain probiotics and letting them cook at a very low temperature for 36 hours. The yogurt requires an inulin powder to feed the probiotics and this one worked great. It dissolves easily and doesn’t taste like anything. I started adding it to my morning coffee too because it’s tasteless and adds a little prebiotic boost to my morning.

Review Update: While I am grateful for the company’s offer of refund, I much prefer that they correct their labeling. How they are able to offer a product one ingests without the ingredient source baffles me. Doesn’t FDA regulation require this. Simply saying ingredients: inulin means little opening the buyer to possible allergic reactions. Luckily I did not experience any but buyers must know what they are purchasing. Still, the product is a good one. Dissolves easily, no aftertaste. I continue to use it until finished so for this reason decline their refund offer. Going forward I plan to purchase another properly labeled brand. KOS seems a good company. Their Superfood Plant Protein is excellent.

Warning! Lots of farting.I add this to my coffee every morning and sometimes to my ice cream at night.I’ve been trying to lose weight for the past year and a half and nothing else seemed to work until now. This inulin does not have any taste and has helped me to shed at 15 pounds in the past three months. Again, lots of farting.Lol.
