Great for a large, energetic puppy
We bought this for my son’s dog while we were dog sitting – a 55 pound, 10 month old Bernadoodle with tons of energy. We put some peanut butter inside and it kept him busy for quite a while and it held up to his heavy chewing after it was empty .

a MUST for puppies everywhere
I have a 7.5 month old golden retriever. I have never met a dog who can destroy a toy in less than a day but my sweet Honey is the exception. I have purchased toys made of wood, rubber, nylon, silicone, you name it, I’ve tried it. With her toy basket looking slim, my husband turned to his K-9 training friend and asked what he recommended trying; without hesitation he said “KONG.” My husband immediately placed the order. Since receiving the toy, my Honey, is constantly entertained. The toy can be filled with treats for reward / brain challenge, its fun to fetch and has a super bounce as it hits the ground, but most of all, it is indestructible. She has had the toy since April and there is no sign of wear. It is in perfect condition, easy to wipe off / clean, and her favorite toy. I inserted an image as proof, she’s obsessed, she even sleeps with the toy!

Great to keep them occupied
When I have my morning coffee, I fill this with canned whip cream and she loves it. I’ve also filled it with peanut butter and the Long brand of squirt cheese. I’ve even pushed some crunchy dog treats in there and she somehow manages to get them out. It’s a great toy.

My pup is loving this so far
I used 4 cups Organic Greek yogurt, 2 bananas, 1 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup of “Only Peanuts” butter, mixed it all together with a blender. I used foil to plug the small side of the Kong, filled from the large opening and used a sheet of foil to wrap the large end going up to the small opening, I removed the small foil plug and continued wrapping around the Kong so nothing spills out. I put it in the freezer over night. The Kong and it’s contents were nice and frozen. I put a mat inside her cage in case it began to melt before she finished it but that was not the case. She finished the entire contents with no mess. Once the contents were gone she was done with the Kong. This kept her busy for roughly 10 minutes. Her peanut butter lick plate keep her busy longer but this is a nice way to switch it up while giving her some fruit and probiotics (Greek Yogurt). I think next time I will plug each side with peanut butter so the yogurt stays inside better while filling. The above recipe filled I med and 1 small Kong, it also filled 2 small rubber freezer toys, 6 lick plates and with the remaining mix I poured it into a large candy mold and got 24 additional (ice cube size) treats. Overall I like this Kong; I will probably invest in a few more so I can always have 1 or more in the freezer. I can’t comment on the durability since this was her first time using it and she didn’t really chew or knaw on it. She finished the contents and was done with it but the rubber seems very durable. I will update in a few months with pictures of longer use.

She loves this toy! It is definitely too big for my girl but she loves it anyway and loves to lick out the peanut butter. It’s bouncy and she likes it run after it.

KONG toys have always been the go-to for our Golden Retrievers!Now we have one that’s an aggressive chewer and KONG toys are the ONLY toys she doesn’t destroy within 10-20 minutes.Love the ones that hold peanut butter, yogurt or milk bone.If we freeze them with the peanut butter/yogurt, she plays with it til it’s empty and then naps!!

Material súper resistente. Aún no se la doy pero me han dicho que es de los mejores juguetes para ellos. Mi plan es utilizarlo como un gran premio, relleno de una galletita y crema de cacahuate, cuando realice una acción muy difícil en su entrenamiento de obediencia.
