Doesn’t Quite Look Like Pic
I took one boot out of the plastic and immediately knew I wouldn’t like it on. But I tried it on anyway. It looks cheap, sorry. Idk if it stays up on the thigh because I didn’t walk around in it. Tried it on and took it right off two seconds later. Sadly I’ll be returning these.

Cheap, imperfect, but great for the price
Bought these for a costume party, have not regretted it since. Fit over the thigh is a crapshoot — the material stretches, but even with a tight fit, they’ll slide down unless paired with something like a garter belt (which works well).But 10 months on, they still look good and work.

Boots are comfortable to wear, had enough room. Pulled all the way up to mid-thigh, with good stretch. However, my rating is low due to before I could walked out the house they were falling down my thigh and legs. It messed my whole idea up for my outfit. I will be sending back.

I think I was sent the wrong size because the boots didn’t fit me at all. I ordered a size 13 and when I tried it on it fit like a size 10. Ended up giving them away
