Great tasting greens

Before Kiala, I had tried several other greens powders; none of them I liked that much, and I never drank them consistently to see if they actually did me any good.In August 2024, I ordered Kiala for the first time – and I’ve never looked back. It’s the first Greens that I look forward to drinking and I actually like. It goes in my suitcase when I travel, and I have it set up on auto-ship so I am never without.Kiala claims to aid in digestion, immunity, bloating, and give you energy. While I haven’t paid much attention to my energy levels or bloating – so I can’t speak to that – I CAN say that it has helped with my digestion. As someone who was always regular until they went on vacation/out of their routine, I was delighted after a month or two of drinking Kiala when I went on vacation for a week and this was no longer an issue 🙂Kiala has been a nice addition to my health. I don’t think any one product is the magic cure – but it has definitely been a benefit to my health and I truly LOVE the taste (Tropical Splash is my go to, though I finally branched out and tried Miami Vice- and I liked that one a lot too!)

Essential for me
I am health-conscious and I’ve been drinking kiala for a year. Whatever it does it does it well because it gives me a sustained energy I feel like my tummy is not as acidic I am not as hungry and I drink this before anything else I used to drink something similar to this but they stop selling it I tried other brands and kiala is a little bit pricey but I like the taste and how it makes me feel. I just wish that the price would be a little bit cheaper I always look when it’s on sale because I want this to be a sustainable part of my health I drink it in the morning everyday I usually drink the berry one but this one was on sale and it tastes just as good The watermelon one tastes a little bit too diluted for me but this is one of the essentials that I must have unless someone makes a different product similar to this at a cheaper price than I will subscribe to that but so far kiala has worked. I research also about Bloom and orgaine. I used to use a product called very green from trader Joe’s but they no longer sell it I like powder form for my supplements I noticed when I don’t drink this I don’t feel as healthy energized and I feel hungry all the time when I don’t have it When I do drink it I feel it’s neutralized the acidity in my body and it gives me just the right amount of lift to not be hyper but just the right amount of boost without crashing I mix this in with my collagen powder again it works for me I’m health-conscious if it was a little cheaper it’d be even better but I guess that’s the reason why because it works but I did try another brand that was $25 and it worked well too but I’m still stuck on kiala. I also tell my daughters to drink it and visit their doctors regularly I try to give it to my mom as well who has diabetes and cravings again This is not a substitute for doctor’s advice I’m letting you know that this happened for me If the quality and formula changes I will update Health is wealth for me and I have to invest in myself I please want the company to make it a little bit more affordable take advantage of the sales and auto-ship $35 to 40 is a lot to pay for this but it helps keep me healthier in the long run If you can afford it go on autoship Just remember that you’re on auto-ship because I sometimes forget If I had only one thing to take to me on travels this would be it helps me with my appetite my energy level and I’m not doing a commercial for these people but I wish it would be more affordable but it works Happy health.

Too expensive but good product
I bought kiala when it was on a sale for $25, which i feel is reasonable. I love the product! But i refuse to pay the regular price of $40.I have a lot of GI issues, including discomfort, bloating, gas, and constipation. After taking this product for a week, it has helped somewhat improve on a lot of these issues. Im having more bowel movements and less bloating. I especially have trouble with bowel movements around my cycle and im now having bowel movements during that time of the month which improves my overall comfort and pain associated with my period.It may have a small energizing effect due to the coffee and tea in it, but its not too much. I can still sleep and i dont get the jitters.The taste is great. The sweetness isnt overly sweet or anything. It also has that earthy green flavor as well. Its a good balance.5g carbs, 2g proteinI would definitely buy this product regularly if it was consistently cheaper. Im not interesting in spending 35-40+ dollars on it.

First of all, the taste is great. Yes- you can taste some of the greens but it is very mild in comparison to others. The watermelon flavor in particular is not overly sweet or strong. I look forward to this every day.Since using Kiala I have littleTo zero bloating – I used to look like I was 5 months pregnant all the time with terrible gas and irregular elimination. It’s all gone. If I miss a day for whatever reason – it’s very noticeable.This is a great product from a great company. I have this on auto ship now because I simply love the taste- its effectiveness , the nutrients I’m getting in and how I’mFitting into clothes with room with no bloating.The only downside is that I fart so much now. Before when I passed gas it smelled like rotting death- now they don’t stink at all but it’s a next level flatulence experience. CoolFor me- funny for my husband- sucks at the gym
