Bought a 2nd I like the 1st so much; Lasted through 2 Summers without a hitch
– Have a brand new 2024 and needed sun protection as it has vinyl decals / no place to store car indoors- Reflective material keeps the car nice and cool on blistering hot days, A/C gets turned on and you’re ready to go driving after removing the cover*The Cover*- Nice padded under material, got the smallest size for my coupe, one size up for more coverage but smallest size was fine, just fit a bit tight and wanted to avoid possible scratches- Straps come with ample length, easy to adjust and keep the cover fastened even on windy days-Final Thoughts:* My only suggestion would be to maybe add cushion to the straps to avoid scratching or rubbing on the car during windy days – but when it’s really intense wind, better to take the cover off regardless.* Maybe more possible straps to fasten down the cover, but works great as-is for daily use 10/10- I put this on at night, covering the entirety of the car, keeps the car dry even with rain, roll up and store away to use again the following night. Great Car Cover!
I have a 2014 Prius V, which generally stays outside all year. I was tired of brushing off the snow each year after a heavy snowfall, and also chipping ice and snow off the windows. I decided to purchase a car cover which would hopefully have the snow slide off easily, and keep the windows clearer. After checking on the options available on Amazon, I selected the Kayme, version A8. I had already added my car to Amazon for other auto maintenance purchases, so picking the right size was easy as Amazon told me if it was the right fit. When the cover arrived I immediately set to putting it on by myself to test the ease of doing so. I found that if I hooked it the front first, then allowed the wind to fill the cover it expanded easily and I was able to pull it over the full car. If you don’t have any wind blowing, I would suggest using 2 people to put it on. The elasticated front and back make it easy to ensure it stays in place, but it also has straps that can be secured under the front and back to make sure it stays on in high winds. It also has a middle strap but that is difficult to secure, so I left it open. On the Prius, there is a radio antenna that sticks up and could potentially be a spot where a hole may poke through – I have had no problems so far, but have had no weight of snow on it yet. I anticipate it will be fine due to the heavy construction of the material.I really like the zipper feature on the driver’s door, which allows you to get into the car without taking the whole cover off! If you make sure the cover is not touching the exhaust pipe(s), then you can run the car for 5-10 minutes to maintain a good battery in the winter months.Great product and glad I purchased it!!

Thinner than before
I recently bought this car cover, and unfortunately, it’s not as good as the one I purchased years ago. The material feels thinner and less durable. It’s easier to handle and lighter, but I can’t help but feel like it won’t hold up as well over time, especially in harsher weather. My old cover was thicker and seemed to offer better protection, so I’m a bit disappointed with this newer version. It does the job for now, but I’m not sure how long it will last.

CAME QUICKLY & EXCELLENT QUALITY
I recently ordered the Kayme 6 Layers Car Cover Waterproof All Weather for my Sedan. The item arrived pretty quick well secured in a nice box with the company name on it with instructions to protect the cover when opening the box. The Cover is of good quality and looked pretty nice. They decorated the Cover with 6 reflective bands ( 2 in the front/ 2 in rear and 1 on each mirror side). What made this Cover distinguished from others, is the zip. It comes with a zip right by the driver door side if one covers his car properly. So there is no need to have to remove the Cover in order to open the driver door.The fitment is outstanding. It fit my car perfectly. It has not rained yet for me to assert that it is waterproof, but touching it can tell the nature of the material so I’m certain that it is indeed waterproof. The reflective bands serve of good purpose especially night time for those who park their car on the street.For the protection against the sun I noticed it effectivness, because when I open my car in the afternoon, I didn’t feel that much heat that usually stays in my car during the day due to the sun. This Cover is superior in every way including higher protection from UV , dust /dirt, it is a good cover for the price, but I wish the design would have considered to indicate in writing the Front and Rear of the Cover and also include in the Rear of the Cover a clear space to make the license plate be readable without having to remove the cover. Other than that, so far I like it and recommend it to anyone in the market for a car cover.

Quick shipping was a bonus… just in time for a decent snow — which practically slides right off! Fits my car well, and it’s easy to install (thanks to the ‘front’ label). My ‘98 Volvo’s antenna doesn’t retract anymore, but that hasn’t been a problem. This cover has just the right amount of ‘fitted’.Handy straps are easy to adjust, too. First time, I had to get out my long ‘grabber’ to get the middle strap to the other side, but I’m already just using front and back straps — don’t think the middle is necessary. Honestly, with the sewn-in elastic on front/back, not sure any straps are needed.Nice to know even a fierce wind won’t blow this off my car. I’ll be recommending this to friends… Might even post on NextDoor.

This Cover will protect your vehicle stored outside. At times, my Suburban sits outside for extended periods. It is equipped with two electronic maintenance chargers to keep both batteries fully charged at all times. The new cover can be removed quickly at any time and I can be on my way. I will purchase this brand of cover for other vehicles.Pros- quality material nicely manufactured………totally waterproof- super easy to install, I did it myself in 10 minutes and the Suburban is a large vehicle to cover…removal will be fast- three easy to use straps go under the vehicle- reflector tabs on the four corners- roomy enough to go on the vehicle equipped with a full wrap around HD Push bumper …the photo makes the fit look tight but it is not…. the material is loose and not stretched at the front.ConsNo zipper entry to the drivers door in case you need to enter the vehicle…..if you need inside, you will have to undo straps and pull the cover offNo reinforced antenna ring to install on the cover. I had to remove my communications antenna from the roof to install the cover. I can easily screw it back in but leaving it in place would have been preferred.
