This is definitely for adults or older kids. Pieces are small which is fine, micro blocks. Instructions are horrible. They are unclear, not accurate and very difficult to follow. It is all pictures, which in theory is fine, but they steps don’t match up and very difficult to tell what piece to use.

A killer combination of an item: a favorite holiday, a favorite building block brand, and a fun activity to do. Really like the idea of this building set.The instructions were surprisingly good – i had low expectations of a knockoff brand but the instructions were complete and straight forward.All pieces were included, including a few extras. The colors are vibrant the and the pieces create a fun holiday effect of the red santa stocking/snow boot.As for value – at the current asking price of twenty five dollars, I think it’s a bit steep for what you get. Since it’s a knock off, albeit a well-executed one, I would expect a better value price.All in all, I would prefer to see the price come down a bit, but that aside, this makes for a fun holiday activity, and one that can live on display throughout the season.

Velociraptor. Unfortunately one of the larger pieces was missing (dark green 8×2), but there were sufficient extra pieces to allow me to compensate and finish the model. As has been noted in other reviews there is no way to contact the seller for replacement parts. As this was the only problem I gave it 4 stars. The instructions were quite clear, but it did help to use a magnifying glass to identify some of the pieces.I have found with other sets it can be useful to scan the instruction pages and enlarge on a computer screen, making it easier to identify the shapes of darker pieces which are separated by a black line.

This is a great product although the only drawback I have found, is the colours in the instruction book. It is very easy to confuse the grey with the black bricks. I had to restart the model after completing half of the legs as I realised I had used black instead of grey bricks. Now I am onto the body and I love it!
